Oh God, how I miss these kind of films: intelligent, exciting and in contrast to most contemporary Hollywood fare, not dumbed down for a supposedly simplistic audience.

They don't make films like this any more. So pure, righteous, high moral standards and no obscure "criticism" or oh so fake "difficult" themes. Only stories like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars come close.

I can't help but wince when they call Arthur "king of England". England was established by the Anglo-Saxons, who were, in the legends, Arthur's enemies. He was king of BRITAIN. It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't made a pretense to history at the start by mentioning the Romans. Still, looks like a good film.
I don't believe that knights of yore put on their armour directly after breakfast and then spent the whole day clumping around in 60 lbs of steel. I's suggest that they rarely wore any armour, except when they knew they were going into battle. Ditto the Romans.

this makes no sense mordred is arthur own son. and should younger then him, and wasnt even born yet when the sword was pulled. also arthur was only a boy when he pulled sword from the stone.
I recommend not letting what you know interfere with your enjoyment of a story. Compromises have to be done for many reasons, not all of them good or inevitable, but it is what it is.
This isn't the full movie. You tube has cut this to a trailer, and if you want to watch this, you have to pay $2.99. I foresee the day when TH-cam has no following to speak of; greedy bastards.
