I mean, I’ve learned a lot from watching your channel, so I can only imagine how much one could learn from playing with you. I’m proud to say I don’t die immediately during a hunt now. 😆 Hell, most of the time, I survive AND get the right ghost type. The game doesn’t tell you how to play it, so watching others play has been the best way to learn.
For me biggest issue is still recognizing is this hunt or just ghost event... Just yesterday I survived a hunt purely by accident. I thought it was a ghost event, but I hid just in case. Colour me surprised when the very angry Demon kept stomping by the corridor outside my closet.
@@tylisirnEarly on, I was the same way. Volume is a key factor in determining a hunt vs ghost event. Louder sounds are generally events, hunts tend to start quieter. When I first started playing, I’d treat everything as a hunt lol. Number one tip I would recommend- keep an eye on your sanity. Most ghosts hunt at 50% and below, so the chances of it being a hunt are decreased early on. Hope I was at least a smidge helpful. Happy hunting!
Omg same. Once a ghost closed the front door all the way and I thought it was a hunt. My friends found me hiding in the closet losing sanity from darkness lol. Another time, we thought the sudden stuff was an event. We decided to check our sanity only to realize the front door was locked and we were being hunted 😂
This is my absolute favorite "play in public lobbies" video. So wholesome and had me smiling and laughing the whole time. I especially love the guy that picked up the "Are you French?" question for the ghost on the spirit box. Gonna miss this when all the levels reset, but I'm sure you'll get back there in no time!

I wanted to set up the camera so we can see the ghost if he got the death card... on my way to set it up , mf pulled and got death, and the ghost spawned on top of me.... and killed me LMAO
I love tarot cards! Recently in a group with randoms! We found tarot cards and played tarot card roulette! The even better thing is nobody died! Someone got hangman but it was a version that wasn’t death or something? I don’t know one guy was like oh fuck Hang man and then afterwards said something referring to a body part or something was different and sighed out of relief!

I feel like they should have a hidden event with the piano. They should change the spirits hidden ability, to play mozart or beethoven on the pianos and other instruments across each map on rare occasion lol
If you're reading this Insym, I wanted to ask if you would ever do a collab with Maggstor? Shes level 31k and super good at the game, I think it would be cool to see you two play some hard challenges together
I like using the sound sensors when solo. I'll run in and drop down a bunch of them, then check in the truck to try and find their location. For example, in the small house, you can basically place 4 and have the whole place (except basement) covered. You can find their location, and you can also find where they move to without really having to hunt for them. It's a little goofy of a way to play, but you can cover big chunks of the map pretty quickly and not spend much effort finding the ghost. It's good for this. However, it's a bad design in how it's used currently. I'd rather have it triangulate a "fuzzy" region based on how well or poorly you placed them and how many you used. You could have a top down view using the main floorplan map. showing a region of ghost activity.
If I played Phasmophobia I would be the type of person to just find the ghost room, put the equipment in there with the video cam on the tripod and just watch from the van to try and figure out what the ghost is.
I hide behind the large cabinet if I want to avoid los. 9 times out of 10, it works perfectly and is well back so if the ghost wanders into the room, it won't see. Obviously, if someone is sitting by the couch there, the ghost would move far enough into the room to see me there, but otherwise, it's fine. Their selected spot is a death trap if the ghost peeks into the room. It's pretty good for if you wind up in Edgefield with a cracked ghost and no hiding spots set, since there aren't really any loop spots like the other maps that also offer a los barrier. Hiding behind the dining table became very hit or miss for me. It worked for one hunt, and then never again.

It is genuinely hard trying to keep low levels alive like trying to do easter egg treyarch zombies for lower levels but at least with tht they can respawn next round unlike phasmophobia
i called the banshee when it appeared for one frame.. idk why, but it happened in many of my games.. when the one being hunted gets close to the entrance, it appears for a moment

I think the sound sensors are useful in certain situations. Banshees are likely to put 10’s up pretty frequently on the sound sensor board.
