Andrea is on point every time. Great discussion as usual
Not they cut the ending when things got testy between the hosts lol
Andrea cuts off everyone else ALL THE TIME
Gross. Melissa reminds me of a Karen boss at work who talks about equity and inclusivity, yet doesnt even have the simple manner to stop and listen to people.
Andrea is intelligent and knows exactly what's up. I wish she spoke more. She is insightful and had a lot to offer. Shame on these Karens for cutting her off. These karens can't handle the truth and are way tooo into themselves. Melissa, just stop talking and listen for once.
Was Andrea so upset yesterday sge didn't show up today!
She always keeps talking. I like her but come on.
I posted this under the clip of the full length show, but I'd like to post it here as well. I understand how many felt it was rude to have Andrea cut off, at the same time just like the other co-hosts, she was given plenty of time to speak and make her point. If there is x amount of time that has to be given to a segment, it's not Melissa's (who I think is the moderator) fault when the show has to pivot and move along to a new segment. The blame should be placed on the producers and control room. And to assume because Andrea is of a marginalized group therefore more time should be given to her...ugh, that's not how corporate life works. You work within the boundaries you're given.
I just watched it, I don't think Andrea was cut off, it seems the conversation came to a natural end. Yes, there was a bit of back and forth where she interjected to disagree with Melissa and Cynthia's points, but she wasn't forceful so I don't see anything wrong with it.
Does Andrea ever stop talking?! There's 3 other women at the table.
Watch this clip in the podcast clip and you'll see how this conversation ended. It was very awkward when Melissa was trying to move to another topic but Andrea kept talking. Super annoying how she always has to get the last word in.
sharrrap
Exactly. And the fact she tried to use "I'm a marginalized person" as a way to demand more time to talk, was super annoying, in addition to the victim card she was trying to play.
