@@davidcooksley2154 Sorry do you mean my teahouse? I didn't like the two teahouses I stayed in Namche, it was fine, but a bit commercial, I recommend staying at the Mountain Lodge near Thame Monastery, it is not so far from Namche but more peaceful. Though Namche is nice to stay once.
Wonderful. I did this trek [from Jiri] about 25 years ago and never tire of seeing other people's experiences of it. Thanks for posting this, it was a delight to watch.
Love your calming, smooth voice, paired with a soothing narrative and beautiful background music for the breathtaking, vast view! Thanks for sharing !💖
I really enjoyed your video and commentary as you trekked the mountain paths each day. I've done almost all of my Himalayan trekking in India - quite a lot. But I did lead an expedition of 12th grade youngsters on the Annapurna Circuit in 2003, we did it in July - it wasn't busy but often quite cloudy, except early mornings. I spent four years with a British Nepalese regiment in Hong Kong 1989 - 93, so know they are tough people, generous and easy going. I liked the little maps, indicating your daily route and the labelled mountain tops - nice idea. Trekking and living between 4,000 m and 5,000 m plus for multi days is tough, but I thought you managed yourself really well. I used to say to the kids "Right! Now we are going to do the Himalayan shuffle" .. and we would all get into a nice slow rhythm. 🙂
Namaste, I remember you.😊 You stayed at my guesthouse (Gokyo Namaste Lodge). I really appreciate for the beautiful video explaining about Gokyo and EBC trek. 🙏
Great video, so you visited my favourite country, I have been over there 4 times, and I am looking forward to visit it this year, to finally climb Ama Dablam..
Hey Fawn, brilliant vid, really well edited and narrated, brought back some great memories. I climbed Mera Peak back in 2014, in November, and when my guide Pemba and I got back to Lukla I set out alone and did the Kongma La and Cho La passes. I got lost crossing both the Khumbu and Ngozumpa glaciers, really hot and dusty and exhausting after already having come over the passes. Climbed Gokyo Ri for the sunrise and it was beautiful. Didn't have time to do Renjo La so cut straight back down to Lukla. Lovely trek, I plan to do it again, clockwise this time beginning with Renjo La. Keep up the great content! Reply
Amazing! i hope to do it again too, and plan to actually going to Kongma la and spend more time in Gokyo. Yes the glaciers are very confusing and not well marked, haha. Best of luck and thanks for watching!
This the best Everest base camp video I have ever seen. Very informative and narrative. Just loved your photography skills, your voice overs and the real view.. Thanks again for sharing this
Thats a very brave and inspiring trekking. Hats off Fawn. Very informatic and scenic all the way. Loved every single clips along with your description. Thanks for sharing
Ho hard was to do Dingboche to Lobuche in one day, skipping a stay at chhukung? The company im traveling with proposed this day for our journey but i was thinking that maybe is too much. thanks.
It's is not too bad but everything is harder at that elevation. It won't be more difficult than going to Chukung, then Lobuche, that is a different route. Most people go to Chukung for the Kongma La Pass, then Lobuche, which is more difficult than going to Lobuche directly from Dingboche. Though I would try to go to Kongma la pass, as I missed this one and wish I went. :)
Another spectacular adventure. Amazing editing & lovely narration. Beautiful scenery & views. Such professionalism. Love the dogs & suspension bridge… thanks for taking us along & have a great day.
Yes, I agree. Wonderful videography and narration. I have just got back from a hike to Namche Bazaar, but to see the rest of the area is a privilege. Thank you for the lovely video!
This is the best Everest base camp trek video I’ve seen. Makes me want to go to Nepal again to do this trek. Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Namaste 🙏

Such a I am honestly appreciated what you're doing along with your activities. Far from simply creating content, it seems that you are doing this from the heart. It seems so natural and totally local cultural with adventure vlog. You are the one of the few TH-camrs in the Nepal. Thank you so much for exploring information about Nepalese real & natural beauty...............

As a Pakistani I fully support love and Nepal and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂. May Allah SWT bless Nepal and its beautiful people from Pakistan 🙂.
Great video, very peaceful and well documented! I consider doing this trail myself next year and I have a few questions. What month did you do it? Did you do it on your own (no guide? no carrier?) and is it necessary to book you nights in tea houses or lodges in advance or you just show up every night and there is always vacancy somewhere? Many thanks and thanks again for sharing :)
Hey, there's always vacancy! No need to book ahead. I did this in November. I didn't use a porter, but it would be helpful if you have a lot of things.
Amazing video, thank you for sharing. Your calming voice makes this inspiring video relaxing to watch. I have not found any info about what time of the year you did this trek, I assume late fall, I always wonder if it's better to go in the fall or spring. It seems you had incredible weather. From what I know has changed now, is that you no longer can do those treks without a guide.
Nice moments of life truly a great adventures and thanks for visiting.. Everyone out there are heartly welcome and we want your incridible experience in our country.

Fawn, great pictures!! May I ask which camera you used? We are looking at going to Nepal and I'd like to get a good camera for the trip. Did you touch them up afterwards with a computer program? Many thanks for the info and for the preview of EBC!!
