    Where do you get the water to brew your tea? Is it from the prep sink? Is that water filtered? Or are you getting it from the little filtered water spout by your sink bin behind the counter?

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just the sink. But I'd recommend having your local water tested/checked to make sure if you need any filtration. 👍🏼

    What was the name of that syrup used for the pink milk?

  • @afrotravis
    @afrotravis 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    quick inquiry: Where did they get their syrups from.
    2) where did they get the tea urns for the hot water, black and jasmine tea

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Arthur,
      I'm not sure.🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe you can contact the owner via their social media accounts👍🏼
      But syrups and tea urns can be purchased through a bubble tea supplier. There's loads of options for different brands in the US.👍🏼

    what is the type of that undercounter cooler she uses? I can't find any with the door on top to store stuff :(

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They're quite expensive tbh. But majority of commercial grade kitchen supplier companies online would sell them. They're a great choice If you're storing fruits or toppings and it's not an outward facing way for customers to see. But they also sell the type that has a glass partition so the customers can see the toppings inside the gastronorm pans. Hope this helps 😄

      Hello 👋🏼
      Great news to hear!
      Have you seen my most recent video where I interview another bubble tea shop owner in Tampa Florida?
      th-cam.com/video/qCcGiAbJXHs/w-d-xo.html
      I have a website with more details with documents you'll need to have for opening a boba tea shop, recipes, etc.
      www.bubbleteaexpert.com/
      Perhaps you will find some useful info on there. 😍

    How much to open a new bible tea shop?

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello,
      Honestly it varies drastically...
      For example, it would depend on which country you live in, if you're getting a kiosk or a cart compared to a shop location, even in the countries it varies between States counties and cities.
      So you could go bare bone minimum in America just as a pop-up for about $5,000, but if you're looking at a shop location, it will probably be $50 to $100,000 on your own, and up to $200,000 for a franchise. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😜🤣😭

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting. Should I call Part Two "Bonus Video" instead? It already says "behind the scenes"... Not sure what else to say. 😅 I wouldn't want anyone disappointed... The drink recipe is delicious and I highly recommend it. 👍🏻

      @@BubbleTeaKristin oh sorry i should have been more specific lol. When you made the one with the mexican lady there was more in depth questions it was just formatted better. I appreciate how detailed you are but i didnt get that from this one is all. Not that i hated the video. I pay close attention to the behind the counter videos because i am trying to design our store and learn how to be as efficient as possible.

    • @BubbleTeaKristin
      @BubbleTeaKristin  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No worries.
      I leave it up to the client if they want to share their layout or explain anything further. Some shop owners don't mind doing interviews but don't necessarily want everyone to see their setup 100%.
      There are other interview videos I have done in this series of playlists on my channel, and each shop owner may or may not show you and or share with you more about their layout and stations.
      I would never want to show/share anything from my clients if they don't feel comfortable with it themselves.
      Every shop and brand is allowed to have their own trade secrets. 🥰 🧋
      Thanks for watching!
