Hi Friends! Welcome to Vasaikar Rovilda. I Visited Mysore city which is also called Mysuru. It is located in southwestern Karnataka State of India. It was the capital of the kingdom of Mysore from 1339 to 1947. Mysore is famous for Mysore Palace, Sand Museum, Mysore Zoo, Chamundi Hills, Chamundeshwari Temple, St. Philomena's Church, Jagmohan Palace, Lalith Mahal, Tipu Sultan Palace and Many more. Mysore is a very clean and royal city. People of Mysore are kind and helpful, they also speak good Hindi so though being in southern part of India there is no communication barrier.
The best time to visit Mysore is Dussehra (Dasara) time as the whole city of Mysore is lighted and its a festive time.
