Love your videos , could you possibly do a video of the Hopkins area i noticed most columbia youtubers skip this area and usally talk about Lexington , irmo , west columbia and so on i feel like it's a more affordable area and could help families looking for a budget friendly home and it's still only 20-30 minutes from downtown columbia
@@colombian131 I have a driving video coming up in the next few months that heads out towards Eastover and Hopkins. Unfortunately, there’s just not much out there to make content about, it’s very rural.

Columbia is less expensive. Charleston is more expensive but offers higher paying jobs like Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Boeing, Redwood and Google. I choose Columbia though. Its quieter, slower, and less traffic better for families I would say.

How does Summerville cost compare to Columbia/Lexington?
Summerville is significantly more. The average prices I shared were for the entire Charleston Metro, not just downtown.
