17:10 SubhanAllah when I was a kid I thought Allah asked us to fast and the only benefit was faith, which is sufficient, but the fact we are learning now about all of the scientific reasons why fasting fixes your body, grows neurons in your brain, removes bad cells in the body, cleans the body, etc. SubhanAllah we are given gifts after gifts hidden within other gifts!!!
