Mr. Webb I am sure have studied the teachings of the Church of Christ. Yet, he has drawn his conclusion which his simple phrasing of it has premise based on rational while demonstrating respect for their stance with a reconcilable explanation that would lend itself to one not bothering the good ol COC even if one doesn't agree with their theological base for acapella singing exclusively one could be still compelled to be fond of the style. The conundrum of life beholden us all. I was raised in COC. My mother is still in COC. I left because the doctrine didn't settle within me. I probably would have been a minister as I was one of the top children and teen who could teach the doctrine of COC based on scripture chapter and verse. I was so brilliant as a child that they would watch me debate Jehovah Witness and others regarding their "false doctrine." As a passionate youth COC gave me a poised foundation to learn and articulate Biblical passages in ways that were compelling. I am way much older...lol....time has flown...omg...now I can debate COC on its doctrine as I see as an inclusivity and not an ultimate truth of exclusiveness.
