Sort of shite we used to do as teenagers. Easy for a prop to do reverse spin passes under no pressure, not so easy come game time (and I speak of myself, not Lawes). I used to be able to drop goal from the half way line in training sessions as well - wouldn't have dared done that in a game for fear of being banned from the union!
