Dude I totally recommend the Stewmac Fret Kisser! It's basically a fret rocker with a diamond grit sanding patch on it that let's you easily blow away high fret spots individually. I use that shit all the time!

Looks dope! For the bridge holes, tiny dowels or toothpicks would work best for the next barncaster.

A few weeks ago he very kindly gave me a Cigar Box guitar he made - with a piezo pick-up, and the body is made of wood (which I prefer), but he is now embarking on a few with actual cigar box bodies. His attention to detail is incredible, and I really like his focus on using as many found materials as possible.

How much setup noodling did this one require?
Not much! Allparts neck was the easiest I've dealt with so far. Just had to mess with string heights and intonation on the saddles for a bit.
