A way that Jesus helped me with that is to imagine him with me at all times and because I love him for what God pulled me out of I respect him and don’t want to take for granted what he did for me I hold myself accountable. So if I want to smoke again I picture him next to me having to just sit there and watch me kill the lungs he had taken the time and love to heal and can do absolutely nothing but watch me in sadness as I destroy them once again just for my fleshy desire. It literally breaks my heart to know I’d be basically stomping all over God like he’s my genie and will heal me again anyway so let me keep using and abusing his long suffering love. Like eeew how could I ever do that to the ONE person who protected loved and accepted me as the heathen I once was and has now built me up to who I am in his eyes I could never hurt my daddy like that I literally have no way of repaying him for what he’s done the least I can do is be grateful and try my best to do good in his eyes and fight my fleshy desires everyday because he’s by side and he’s for me then no one and nothing can be against me for the battle was already won we just have to stand by it in faith.

This was for me! I left my job at the end of the year, god placed me in another job that i did not want but Hes been using this job for my good. I have more time with my family now. But my prayer has always been being a stay at home entrepreneur mom (i already run 2 businesses on the side). God keeps telling me "Trust Me " and "Youre closer than you think!" Something I have been needing God supplied yesterday by divine favor that i couldnt explain. I knew it was a God wink, telling me its all coming together when you trust and have blind faith. The waiting room of our next level is unnerving when we still want to hold the reins, but their is freedom when we fully let go and let God have His perfect Will!

Hey Sis, I’ve been in the same place where I didn’t know what to do or what the next steps were. It took me a while to realize that it was the small things God was calling me to do and me just brushing His whisperings off as “something small”. I say all that to say that sometimes it’s in the small things like taking a different route home (e.g.: you usually turn left and He tells you turn right). I found myself following those small simple steps and Him telling me what to do as I went through each step. Don’t despise the small things my dear (Zechariah 4:10). Trust Him and He will lead you! And remember to not veer off from what He tells you. While advice from others is helpful, sometimes it’s not always relevant to His plan for our lives. Trust and rely on Him and He will clarify!

The word on being not enough was for me! I had been being attacked all week. Funny thing is that God had me and my friend start a book just on time called "Nothing to Prove". It is about God being enough through us! Also I had a verse this morning from 2 corithinans 3:5 that talks about how in ourselves we are not sufficient but because of Jesus and the veil being removed we are enough because of him. My husband was murdered 3 years ago. I’m working a job that can’t pay the bills and now I’m homeless. I am holding on to the word of God and pushing daily to trust HIM. My own children has turned their backs on me in this moment 😢but the blessing from this is the Lord allowed me to see things from HIS lens. Everything my children did to me I have been guilty of doing it to HIM. I just thankful for The Lord Jesus giving me the grace to withstand this test.
