We love visiting Iloilo City. We get to eat and buy things that we do not have in Aklan province. It helps that Dazel knows how to speak Ilonggo; her grandmother is Ilongga.

Hi guys, That is an amazing hotel for only $30. I am always astonished by how much cheaper things are in the Philippines. By the, did Dazel secure her passport? Take care our friends and it's good to pamper yourselves every now and then.

Glad you guys had a good and safe Iloilo City trip. And wow.., that looks like a really cool hotel… Did you and Dazel try the breakfast buffett…??? I eaten a few nice meals in the mall there and near by. There is a Japanese restaurant right downstairs at the foot of the over street walkway that is good and a joint on the same side as S & M , maybe 100 meters away, called Uncle Toms that serves a small but tasty and inexpensive steak. Oh, and thanks for the salad from S & R …. It was a yum breakfast with tea and a buttered roll. 😋 😃 👍

We didn’t try the breakfast buffet; Dazel preferred getting something at the mall. I’m not much of a steak eater since moving to the Philippines. Last time I ate steak was 2016 when a friend visited and we ate steak in Boracay at Cowboy Cocina. 😀 I’ve never seen Dazel eat steak. Dazel also doesn’t eat Japanese food; she prefers Korean food so I can’t even remember the last time I ate Japanese food. Most of the time we eat Filipino food because it’s cheaper; and we both will always find something on the menu we like. Glad you enjoyed the salad.

This may have been a nice place at one time, but we booked here and were not happy. The cleanliness is not up to par and the rooms are very small and cramped. We did change rooms while here due to cleanliness and noisy air conditioner but the 2nd room was only marginally better than the first. . The sulfer smell in the water was very unpleasant and the hot water is not good. We ended up going across the street to the Zuri and paying more money for a much nicer more spacious room and the breakfast was much better. The room at the Zuri was more $$$ but the breakfast was half the price.

Sorry you had an unpleasant stay at Injap Hotel. We stay at Injap Hotel because it fits our budget and we like the location. Zuri Hotel is nicer; but double the price.

We will stay at this hotel every time we go to Iloilo City from now on; we really enjoyed our stay!
