And problem with that bank financing means it can be 3 years, 5 years or 10 years then need to renew the mortgage after those years lapses till they finish the 25-30years total (which is the norm to fully pay a housing loan if hindi nag huhulog ng bulk cash yearly). Hoping na may naiwang insurance money si Lloyd or atleast enough money in the bank or hoping his channel can still generate steady income for his older videos =( This kind of things are what goes into your mind when you reach a certain age kasi kaya just worried lang for his family
