Morning and Evening Buddhist Prayers ༄༅། །སྔ་དགོང་ཞལ་འདོན་ཁག

The Tibetan Buddhist calendar has special days throughout the year.
With the intention to benefit those having faith, a correct attitude, and a mind of virtue, here I had uploaded Morning and Evening Buddhist Prayers on this special new moon on the 30th day is Buddha Shakyamuni Day.
It is taught that this excellent days, whatever kind of virtue that is done, great or small, is multiplied one hundred times in comparison to other days. For example, if one offers merely one butter lamp or a small torma, performs one prostration or one circumambulation, these offerings multiply by one hundred. Hope you all had wonderful and compassion life.

THE THREE PRACTICES OF PURIFYINg THE MIND
Teacher, Foe Destroyer, Thus Gone, Fully and Perfectly Awakened Buddha, Endowed with Knowledge and Good Conduct, Gone to Bliss, Knower of the World, Helmsman of Ordinary Beings to be Tamed, Supreme One, Teacher of All Gods and Men, Buddha, Foe Destroyer, Glorious Victorious One, Shakyamuni, To you I pay homage, make offerings and go for refuge.
When you, Chief of Bipeds, were born,
You took seven steps on this great earth and said:
"I am supreme in this world."
To you who were wise at that time, I pay homage.
Completely pure body, supremely fine form, Ocean of wisdom, like a golden mountain,
Fame that blazes in the three worlds, Supreme protector, to you I pay homage.
Endowed with the supreme marks, a face like the stainless moon,
A colour like gold, to you I pay homage.
The three worlds are not like you (who is free from dust.
