I love mermaids. I have a mermaid tattoo that says "you don't need to walk to be beautiful". since I'm wheelchair bound, that quote speaks to me. this stamp set is beautiful.
Tiffany B what a cool tattoo....well, actually what a cool quote! Well, I am sure the tattoo is cool too, I love mermaids too....but not really the Disney Ariel.....I lean more towards artisticy mermaids....not cutesy!

Hi, Jennifer! What a cool technique and awesome kit for this month. I have a question about the Hero Arts ombre ink pads. I have the grey to black one, and the felt pad is starting to come loose from the plastic case. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix that? Thank you!!

When you bring images to colour on the go how do you chose which markers to bring out of your set?

Heartbroken. I got your e-mail, saw the video right away and went to the Hero Arts My Monthly Card link to buy the set and they were sold out. I was going to buy them all! Beautiful. Totally disappointed.
You should have been paid by Hero Arts or given free product for this video! You did an awesome job! You say you don't color well with copics, but I think you do a great job. Love your video's thanks for showing us something new and cool.

Love these! I love how magical the hero arts and versamark trick is in particular. It doesn't seem too messy which I sometimes struggle with when it comes to stencils. :)

Every Since My First Movie Was "SPLASH" I Really Thought I Can Be One So Excited When It Was Bath Time And Stayed In Water As Long A Possible Sadly Only To Get Wrinkled Hands And Toes. Hello Jennifer, after watching your video of these mermaids and wonderful techniques I ordered this set. I received it today and very excited to use. Although it did come with a liquid in which I have never seen before. I'm thinking maybe to splatter color droplets on a project? Just thought I'd ask the usage of this product (looks like finger nail polish). From the monthly kit.

Hi Jennifer, I'm a big fan of your work. You mentioned Hero arts kits. I've never purchased them, nor do I know how to go about seeing what they have and prices. Do I need to find a distributor or can I purchase directly from the company. Any info would be greatly appreciated. 😊
Great video.......you explained the process so well using all these different inks. I like the stamped mermaid on the envelope too! What did you stamp inside the cards?
As always, your video is so colorful, creative, inspirational, and instructional. I've learned so much from you! I struggle with the paper-thin stencils though. I wish there were some that were more sturdy.
Hi Jennifer I am new to stamping and I am having major issues. I tried blending the distress inks (mini size) with the mini ink blender. The ink blender doesn't seem to pick up much of the ink from the mini ink pad and I definitely do not get anything near smooth application and/or blending. HELP!
I bought several little containers of Stencil Magic paint cream at a thrift store but they are all very dry,no moisture at all,what can I use in them to dilute,and I've never used them so how do I use? Thank you
I have some old (13yrs) Close To My Heart inks this works well with. your videos are great and really got me back into Scrapbooking and card making!

Ughhh I need the mermaid stamp set but this kit is sold out now. Meh.😤 the stamps are worth buying separately in my personal opinion. Why won't they sell them separately!? Kinda disappointed now, cuz this card is cool but I can't get the stamps and they're not sold any where else.

Kindly ask Hero Arts to make the mermaids stamp and die sets available for sale separately after a month like those kits from Simon Says, please. It's especially for those who can't make it for the subscription in time but who would like to have some of the beautiful stamp sets like the mermaids or fairies.

does this work with the distress markers?
I did this with a stencil before. But what I did was I used the negative color sprayer left over from the stencil and stamped that on watercolor paper. some times it works and sometimes it doesn't work out great.
If you use pearlized water instead of regular water will it have the same effect on the dyes?
on the distress inks or oxide inks, yes! and it would be SO pretty!
