I'm a mechanic in real life, and I've thought so many times about just recording some of the sounds tools make asmr style. Ratchets and ratcheting wrenches all make a different sound, higher quality tools make a much more pleasant sound. Scraping gaskets off of parts can make a soothing sound, almost like scissors. Maybe I need one of these high end microphones in my garage
there is a large audience for that kind of stuff, and people don't make a whole lot of video like that currently, so if you did there would be a lot of people that would want to watch it. you would just have to do a lot of self promotion though on content platforms but with a bit of effort if you really wanted to you could.
I may have said this before but Lizis roleplays are the best, because she doesn't overdo the triggers for the sake of tingles but rather only has them appearing for how long it makes sense for the video

I love this video more than I love my husband. I even listen to it in the car when I'm having a stressful day. I love that I don't need to watch it with my eyes to get all of the effect. It's not dependent on visuals, very sound focused.

fixing you videos are a fave of mine but none really had the mechanical sounds i was wanting from them. this video has them and a lot of them and i love it so much. its been my go to video for when i go to sleep for a couple weeks now (somehow the way you talk in this is just perfect, normally i dont use talking videos for sleepy time videos because ill get distracted by the talking. i dont with this one, theyre just part of the nice sounds) thank you very much for this video! i would love to see more like it if thats something you would want to make, no pressure or expectations tho just saying it in case it matters for you :]
