How I lived in my conversion car camper.

- How I make a luxury mobile camper for under $400. I used left over cabinet materials and lumber laying around my work shop. I decided to build this conversion to take a long road trip in. I spent a month in it and travel from Atlanta to the Grand Canyon with stops in Arkansas, Colorado and Utah.
It was a success and didn’t have a issues with the build

Very nice build. I love the low-tech aspect of the design. People spend tons of money on the latest gadgets, but keeping it simple like this pays off down the road when it comes to maintenance or replacement. I think simplicity is the way to go. Thanks for sharing your great ideas!

This is a very nice build and appreciate your taking time to share. I am looking for an element and have avoided the SC because I tend to think I want AWD and probably manual but probably 99% of what I want to do is covered by your SC and set-up. Thank you !
thanks so much, when I got the SC I never knew I would camping out of it. there are time I wished I. had the AWD, but it worked out. I just avoid section off roads. Next week I'll be leaving ATL GA. and heading out west. stay tune for new videos.

hello, I only use 3/4" ply over the spare tire area. I have a how I made it video loaded up to see the steps I took. unfortunately it s only photos and no videos. thanks for watching

My shelf is ratchet strapped at the moment with everything falling out on hard turns...
I'm going full time pretty soon & what I have is not working out well for long term

outstanding.. i hallucinate a low position and tent poles and synthetic canvas for a bbq porch.. or mid position for a motorcycle.. or up even with bed for lifting heavy objects
