I LOVE this movie. I think people who play video games appreciate how it feels like one - trying (and failing) over and over again until you succeed. This movie is so underrated.
And if they actually watched it I bet they'd love it too.

Tom Cruise may be crazy, but the man delivers. Total professional as an entertainer. If only they could have made the sequel to this movie with Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt.

"Edge of Tomorrow" is probably the best film that does the repeat the day trope since "Groundhog Day".
Palm Springs is up there as well. Really good movie.

The book is amazing, I suggest giving it a read because the ending between the book and the movie is completely different.
If your into action movies you should check out wrath of man it stars Jason Statham its probably one of my favorite movies of all time.
Oblivion has to be next
There is absolutely still a draft, or as it's called nowadays the selective service system. When men turn 18 they are required by law to register with the government. If they are found to have refused they can face up to 5 years in jail and up to a $250k fine. It's required for all males(only) 18 to 25. So if any of you haven't registered, I'd get on that. Especially if you have a license because it has a part checking of you've registered, so it'd be hard to not be found guilty. Now if you meant they don't use it, for the most part you'd be right. They haven't used it in a while because it's extremely unpopular in a free society, and unless there is a strong pro-war sentiment, very hard to get away with politically.

Very few movies imo have been able to capture the essence of playing an old school game like this movie, where you're like constantly restarting and making inches of progress each time
Also I found out recently it was based on a light novel that also got a manga adaptation! Might be worth looking into
Hardcore Henry is really good too for capturing that video game feeling if you’ve never seen it!
The book is amazing. Read it years before the movie came out. Definitely worth the read because the ending is vastly different.

Edge of Tomorrow is like one of my favourite sci-fi movies not because it stars Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt, but the plot and the visuals were both on point, as well as the whole time travelling segment, which was why it’s called Live Die Repeat. The movie’s production team did such an amazing job at taking the time travel movie genre to the next level.
Damn how that boy Tom Cruise made the best live action manga/anime movie 10 yrs ago and we aint even know it. GOAT Cruise

I enjoyed this movie a lot it was pretty coo and had some great action I think you guys should watch the tomorrow war it has some amazing action Paine people talk down on it but I enjoyed the action, and the creatures were like the ones from “the Great Wall” and please do TRANSFORMERS
The loop thing until you do something to get out of the loop has typically been called after the movie that started it all Groundhog Day. Many TV series have done variations of it since like Star Trek Next Generation, Xenia Warrior Princess, along with many others.
The story is as if someone had been contemplating how to bring "respawn" after a vid game death into reality and decided the "ability", would be a fragile one and required to beat the game. Our player managed to side-step that requirement and beat the game sht'n roses and rainbows. Yeah, that is Maverick alright.
Tomorrow war with Chris Pratt is just as good and just as overlooked
