Thank you your post, it is really helpful. Couple of observations: A) When the two closing end parts are separated it should be done very carefully because small parts could be loose and lost. I lost one tiny plastic part and its corresponding spring helping keep in place one of the end of an axle. B) The removal of the ending parts with rollers is much more difficult with a unit never disassembled before. This step should be perform very very carefully to prevent the falling out of tiny parts and gears from its place. C) The asembly part. When you try to put the two ending plastic assembly back than the hard part is begin. You have to align all the axles to the corresponding holes and push the plastic end assembly in its place and rotating the axles i order to prevent of the blocking of the push movement by the gears. Gears are present in the ending part and middle part and they should slide into each other. I found this step impossible to perform, practically you should do three movements at the same time with one hand. I do not know how you did it in the video, it seems easy but it is not. Unfortunately when you put the second closing plastic assembly back into its place the movement is out of the camera angle. What we can see is a shaking and continuous rolling of the axles to help the gears to slide - connect with each other. D) This job is not for beginner DIY guys. Record a very detailed video or take a lot of pictures during the disassembly in order to be able to assembly back the end closing parts. Pay attention to the gears they can fall of easy from the axles. Note the orientation and its place for every gear in the mechanism. E) Wear mask, gloves during this porcess. Use vacuum to clean the working area and parts all the time otherwise the job could be very messy. Toner dusts are everywhere, Good luck. F) Every advice how to do the assembly is aprreciated in advance!
Have a new in box yellow drum ,My black drum needs replacing can i use the yellow drum instead of buy a black drum ,i noticed there was little adjust levers on the black drum that slide across

If your drum life is 0% do you empty all the toner out of it this way? Then do a reset?
Or Is there an easier way to empty waste toner?
No need to make empty toner. It's not related with toner amount level.
What is the cleaner you are using as it is in a foreign language I cannot tell?
It is just sticker remover, I recommend 3M brand.
