The Garpun works pretty nicely in close quarter combat against other ships. I think it is only marginally better than the Pantsir. Sometimes all you need is if you seconds longer to live and that can turn the game around. That's where the Garpun can give you the edge
Next pls -Sea ram vs garpun and urugan vs garpun as urugan is very very good against aircraft

For level 20 i use pantsir me
I only see about Garpun is, less damage but fast reload on its Missile, while Pantsir has high damage but slow reload, but both Good AA, but Garpun has better in performance when using ship full of AA such as Ushakov, Varyag, Anchar and Nakhimov and Veliky, but still has down side when comes on Hypersonic Missiles from Ships or to Bombers from Carriers
The thing is that Pantsir is better for anti missiles defense cause it has lower range and doesn't distruct on planes. Garpun more likely will focus on planes and miss a lot of rockets. It was tested with bots.
Meh, not that eventually. The Missile Tracking is a Clown in this update, tbh.

If you guys are aware there's actualy a nerf on the air defences, especialy with missile based air defense their tracking are somewhat getting worse. For example at t2 a 3m-47 is now most likely failed to intercept/shot down almost every missiles
Missile defense is very poor with nearly all of the defense systems. When a barrage of 20 missiles is coming at you, it's hard to survive for a minute. I think all missile defense systems need to be bumped up to have a better chance. It makes for a more competitive and balanced game
Pantsir is for damage, Garpun is for kills

The only weakness for garpun is that thing shot also ship which isn't good if garpun's missile already shot enemy ship and it's cooldown, and if at that moment enemy shoot missile. Died

For CV, I recomended HHQ and laser (Anseq or the)
For destroyership who have 4 & 2, I recomended garpun (4) & HHQ (2)
Why HHQ, not sea ram. Bcz missile of sea ram is very slow that is only 211 knot which mean it's chance to block enemy missile hypersonic like scalp or yj is kinda low and sea ram is 3.5 second CD. Different with HHQ who have 250 knot and CD 3.15

Ну, тут логично. Фиолетовое в этой игре лучше оранжевого. Обратите внимание на то, как нахрен не нужны, поскольку никуда не попадают, бесполезные ракеты. А теперь представьте, что это "Шторм" или Evolved. 😒
Ракеты стали дико косыми примерно с прошлого или позапрошлого обновления.
По ДПМ монарх проигрывает Новой эпической китайской пушке (плюс она будет сама брать упреждение и сама стрелять в нужную точку если залочить корабль )
