First Gear McNeilus | How I Made Complete Packer Motion

While the other blue garbage truck is not ready....
This scale model comes with packer blade attached to side guides tailgate, so I just heated the plastic to peel of it from body.

What should I use to heat it I don’t have heat gun but I have a butane jet lighter which i feel like is gonna make insta fire or insta over melt

I used a heated knife, be careful not to destroy the shape.
