I’ve noticed that after a fiend attack, all the troops march back to the settlements at the same speed. The ones with many march skins activated and the ones who have the few skins all come home together. I knew that something was off 😅

Yeah I'm pretty sure someone mentioned it above but the English translation does say the march speed increase is only against infected. Thanks Jump.
For everyone who has played since the start of the game, it clearly stated in ENGLISH, "increase march speed for solo infected attacks" or something like that.
For some reason they changed the description quite a while back. All the old players know that the description is wrong, but for the poor new players who didn't, it really sucks.
Anyway, spenders will always get every march skin from any event, they just buy their bundles and the march skin is a bonus for top up that they would habe done anyway.
I think this is the perfect analysis. I’ve been playing for well over a year and a half now and I had no idea. It has been passed on to the devs. Hopefully they make it more transparent! Thanks for the great comment, Huan!
It's speeds up your March time to join rallies. From your base to the Ally your rallying with. Also to infected which makes Intel overall a much faster experience, also plague zone and the attack the reaper event to cross that long distance.
But that's about it....
Sure! Never denied that. The point I’m trying to make with this video is descriptions in game. They are incomplete, false or misleading. I’d like to see that changed :)

When I do trap the ETA is 17 seconds in war/eco(tested them both) however it is only a 10 second march till it hits.

Great test.. But marchskins work only on infected and rallys on them.. First march on bunker will be faster as u attack the zombies that are in Bunker From start.. Every other time, when players are inside march will took Longer, same on every way back.. So evety time u sent March to destiny with zombies inside, skins. Will be active... That skins are used to be faster when doing intel in front of cap.. Or to get the first enter reward at bunker (now all do rallys to share rewards, no one go solo)
Jump in the older version it was specific that march skin only apply in infected. It was on the name. So those acts that it will affect is infected, infected friend (rallies), influencer trap, plangue zone and Bunkers only for first occupation. the it will be normal again.
Yup, I’ve heard that as well. At some points my they changed it for some reason. Haven’t tested PZ, but bunkers was a clear no. Didn’t work there! Thanks for watching!
@@JUMP you tested in bunkers with the boss monster (first (!!!) occupation) at the start and it did not have an impact? that is new then.

Can you test also the other skins? Frame and hq? Is this the same thing were they work?
Just did a very simple (maybe too simple test) on infected and it did show that the added value is 2% defense for the frame. To test extensively, I would need two accounts with the exact same stats. Don’t have that unfortunately. If the value is correct, I would have to do a lot of extra testings. Its an interesting idea, but not sure if I’m able to actually test it with the tools I have to my disposal. Will look into it!

Hi, thanks for this testing. Have you tried with a longer distance and launch the march for real? My friend tried it with 14 minutes march and there's a difference but very little. You mentioned about porting to the edge of the map but you ended up testing it with targets nearby
Hey there! I record audio before I record footage. I tested everything off camera first before recording the actual footage, which is why the audio says ‘Porting to the edge of the map. I can guarantee you that the march skins do not affect march time but towards infected or fiends!
The real question is are we actually getting the 5% off the time? Obviously it's cutting some time but doesn't seem like 5% to me.
I did not test that personally, but I have wondered the same question while doing it. Could be an interesting sub test!
@@JUMP I activated one a while back and it was literally one second off the time.
well for Migo the capitol rally march was never accurate so I will not be very much optimistic on that. You can't easily test it though you need to find to point of the map where you have same time with your farm/smaller account and then need to do the math. but try to use an account with one skin with 5% or 8 % v. one acount with none speed march. 5% is not really easy to distinguish. but you need to have the same march time with the slower account so you need to point in the map that have equal and large distance (more than 15 min.)
@@kostas_othon personally, I picked a point checked the time and then activated a march skin and checked again. At that time 5% = 1 second in time but i don't recall how far it was now.

Exactly as I expected, a misleading description by Kings. The biggest, by far, is the use of % which is simply, not %. An hq skin, for example, does not add 2% attack. It adds 2 points. If your attack is say 200, and you get a new skin, 2% should bring it to 204 points, as 2% of 200 is 4.
It's adding 2% to your 200% not 2% of your 200%. You're either misunderstanding or wanting it to do something different.
Yup, it’s a +2% on stats in the battle report. To test it properly you would need two identical accounts (one with more frame/skins than the other). I’m not aware of the actual values but as far as I’m aware it’s correct
I tested this way back when I started in 2019. Studied the reports (limited as they were in they old engine) and did a lot of A/B testing
Concluded most of the % stats in the game were additive not multipliers
Rapid dev talent IS the most powerful exception, a true 20% timer reduction on build and tech
Speed on trap seems to play in imo. The ones who are in the front row differ in speed by a couple of seconds with higher marsh speed.
Gonna try it out tomorrow on our trap to get my final opinion on it!

It doesn't show the Real march time but as soon as the march starts you see a different march time which is way lower if you have lots of march speed skins

Should you obtain the same March Skins you already have (to upgrade if that's possible) or should you just pick them based on personal preferences because they don't upgrade...
For Trap you need to see the real march time, when starting march, not in the screen from troops. Its the same by me, it shows in the troop screen something around 50 seconds, when marching it is something between 15-20 seconds.
I know it from the beginning, 2 years ago, then it was march bonus for infected, meanwhile they changed it in the Text.
Yup, correct. I had that in the original video, but like I said it was completely unusable. Running the test again in two days!

Luckily in French it's clearly said than it's all about infected, though since I've won some (top up events) I've noticed a reduction of my marche time for trap, I've even to wait before to open my rally or I've the sacrified rally and a lot of peoples are sad🤣🤣🤣
That's pretty useful for infected events or notally svs infected phase as ranks change very fast but imo better to not invest for that specifically, for example in skin store or in migo if there's a choice better to go for frames and skin, and to develop migo research for underground explorations since it helps a lot for good rewards in this event but also increase the march time against players, that's the only solution once all others ways are completed😔
For sure! Its not useless at all. The point I’m trying to make with the video is misleading descriptions in the game. Its something that happens way too often and tricks people into buying things that do not offer what they think it does!
Absolutely, too often this kind of things happen and supports play with words, I'm pretty stubborn so usually I fight until I've some compensation😈🤣
But that doesn't really surprises me to see than they changed the text, look at the shiba inu marche, it was a top up on 5 days, every day you had to buy for 7,5k bios to obtain it so 37,5k bios when usually that's 30k, so to indicate clearly than it will just help you with infected isn't enough to convince peoples to buy, but if description isn't clear then a lot will go for it as that's cute as that helps to attack others settlements even if that's not the case at all !
I really like this game but as all wargames or even games in general with time it's more and more pay to win even if that means using some sneaky ways to make you spend😔

As far as Im aware they are fine. Additional 2% buff on your regular research stats. This is based on what we see on reports tho. To really test it you should have two identical accounts attack eachother (one with frames and one without) and draw conclusions from there. That might be for another video 🤣

I believe travis works on bunker when you hit it first time. You get less march time with travis. But I tested that long time ago for stealing first reward. I'm not sure if it changed already.
Rally is always the same time! Doesn’t matter what hero! Solo time can be reduced by using Daryl :)
If you rally with maxed Daryl does it reduce rally time?

It says solo march speed so I always assumed it was just for infected and attack on players. Bunkers and cap all depends on location. This is a pretty good video because it put a lot to light of how silly KG functions and fools their players

I do remember some marches are marked solo march speed and some had increases march to infected in their description so how does march speed stack if they offer different speeds . I am not sure if it changed after all this time but I think it was mainly the halloween skins increased infected march times and the rest solo.
It used to be like that. But they switched it to this Appearantly. That’s what people told me when I was doing my research
Just checked they did infact change all to say solo march speed but again we know KG that may just be a lie so ppl spend while the infected buff is true and not solo march

For me, as non-English speaker: solo march speed does not equal works for infected only. In the Chinese and Vietnamese translations this is true, not in the English one, which a lot of people are using

You clearly did not watch the video , he did mention on certain versions of the game it says speeding up for infected but other versions says " solo march speed " solo means attacks on infected , to tiles, to a player or any march you do solo and not in a rally
