Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I've been trying to learn how to create a template from the beginning in PCO and the PCO University just doesn't do it for me. They assume you know certain things that you don't. :)

this is absolutely the truth - whenever I need something from PC - I go to alternate resources like this. PC training assumes so many things.
