Hunting for Disneyland Halloween treats and the voodoo shadow man

- There are a lot of Halloween treats available this year, so let's find a few. We'll stop at the Galactic Grill and Pizza Port to look at the spider parfait, then head to the French Market for that Oogie Boogie thing, which is awesome. On the way, we'll visit the shadow man, Dr. Facilier, for another great exchange with him and Sara.

When My wife and I go to Disneyland, we always just relax and enjoy the atmosphere! We only get to go every few years or so, so we try our best to have a stress free good time.

Interesting: two sets of similar but not identical attractions are compared between DL & WDW. The ride vehicle is definitely better for Submarine than our Nemo attraction, though the Seas one is a neat little ride. I wouldn't use the word "better" to describe Everest, maybe more advanced than Matterhorn. Thanks, Dave, for showing WDW some love.
OK, so the Skyway was closed because it was impossible to get to it, inside the Matterhorn - the mountain built around the support structure. The Everest Yeti is impossible to fix without taking down the mountain because it was built into the support structure.
Now, what are they doing with those AT-ATs in Star Wars Land?! We've already seen them go inside the support structure, surely the intention is for them to move? I mean why would they be so strong and already in the construction if they're only cosmetic?
Heyo FreshBaked! I'm with Ian! I was also rather disappointed to find out (the hard way) that the red beans, rice and sausage are no longer offered :( but that gave me the opportunity to finally try the goodness that is the French dip. Not sure what took me so long, but it was a great sandwich!

Expedition Everest is really cool! I was down there in 2005 when they were building it. Going back in 2015 and experiencing it for the first time was a dream 😊
