I definitely didn’t have a morning routine until the last month or so. Now I do warm water with lemon because my naturopath told me to for my migraines and it’s been a game changer for me. Then I wait and read the Bible for 15 mins and drink a coffee afterwards to give my teeth time to adjust from the acid of the water lol. That’s about it though.
