Hey Abbey, I hack I use when I was to make anything which involves powdered kaju is that I freeze them before hand so when it comes to blitzing, it's easier and quicker to get into a powdered consistency. I find that when I don't freeze, the oil from the kaju makes small clumps and its harder for me to achieve that separated powder that I am after.
