You didn’t watch kt last split. He was one of their best player and was pretty good last split. Also, world champ fall off happens all the time because you simply need the best meta/form to win worlds. For example, take a look at the other 2 world champ on his team. Deft been washed af since last year worlds. Beryl plays like trash almost every split of his career and he is a 2 time champ. Scout plays like he is wintrading in lpl. Zeka was meh after that godlike performance at worlds in lck. Btw I do think he average even in that worlds win and got carried but he is not that bad currently surprisingly.

Kingen is easily one of the best, if not the best Aatrox players in the world rn and one of the best in the history. He can be a little of a flip with other champs but he never misses with Aatrox

@@Yrrashelol, they won the year against T1 when T1 was flawless at LCK. If you watched that series it was close as hell on every level. They earned their title. If we are talking NOW? No. There’s no way they’re at that level of competition anymore, that doesn’t discount their victory in 2022.

@@colinmcintyre9074 the problem I have with this kind of narrative is that it is impossible for us to check whether it’s true. Also, the “shotcaller” role seems to be a thing in the west but not so much in the east. I had to listen to people say that Peanut was the only reason Geng had good macro for two years. Surprised surprise he leaves the team and the team preserves a very similar style, while HLE now often looks lost on the map. I guess my main point is just that saying someone has good macro in the pro scene is a very reductionist view.
