Hej Chris. I would love to visit Korea again in October but beside festivals I also want to attend event where they make kimchi or local wine in the country side. Can you recommend some good places?

You can take Kimchi making classes in Seoul, for wine, not sure, Korea is not big wine producer so not sure about that.
