    Thanks for this video! Another great way of finding tenants is to rent your property to professional relocation companies: Stellis Relocation Ltd is one of them. It is a great solution that I highly recommend to all landlords because they usually rent the property for a long period (3-5 years without void period); they look after your property because they have weekly professional cleaning which limit maintenance for you as landlords. They have in place comprehensive insurance which gives additional level of security. Company Let is the landlord peace-of-mind solution for several years. Also best option because it requires the least of your time to manage your property. Relocation Companies are your dream tenants !! If you want to consider Company Let, we are looking for properties, so let me know.

    Interested to hear how this went since the video. Looking at the costs you list it hardly seems worth it considering a lot of agents charge way less than a months rent for new tenancies.

    Thanks for this video, you've gained a new subscriber! Your channel caught my eye a few days ago and I've been binge watching it ever since! I'm 17 years old and I am planning to begin saving up my money so I can buy many houses in the UK and abroad so I can get passive income. For example, if I get a job, I will get money from my job as well as money from the houses I buy that people rent. However, I am not sure where to start. Should I contact my bank? Is it better to wait until after COVID is over since the economy is all over the place and not that many people are moving? Is it a good idea to hire a financial advisor to help manage my finances?

    • @AbigaelAremu
      @AbigaelAremu  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Aww thanks i'm really glad to hear that! When looking to purchase a property with a mortgage, yes you should check with mortgage brokers as well as banks to try and get the best possible mortgage for yourself. People are also still moving around regardless of Covid - you just need to ensure you are buying a good property and the numbers make sense. How hard is it to find tenants, and does it depend on what area you are in

    • @AbigaelAremu
      @AbigaelAremu  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not difficult, you just need to make sure you do proper referencing on tenants. I’ve just uploaded a video about this here - th-cam.com/video/zvCgw-6ozQU/w-d-xo.html

    • @AbigaelAremu
      @AbigaelAremu  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I didn’t actually as I just felt it may not be worthwhile as they don’t pay you until your tenants have stopped paying rent for about 3 months or so. However I definitely advise looking into it for yourself and deciding on the best course of action for your situation.

    • @AbigaelAremu

      It’s always so surprising coming across people like yourself who can only ever find negative things to say about what others are doing. All the best with that attitude 👍🏾

    • @Gaminthat
      @Gaminthat 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AbigaelAremu How am I intending to look for a negative? The video is advertised as a guide to rent out a property without an agent. If the guide is to: use X service and they do everything for you for a fee, it's hardly an effective guide for someone trying to figure it out, is it?
      But it's always so surprising coming across people who can't take criticism or feedback. All the best with that attitude! Not to mention people who jump to conclusions: 'Only ever find negative things to say' - How do you know? Just because I left a negative comment on your video? All the best with that attitude!
