This ball is all you need if you’re bowling on anything between a 38 and a 42 foot house shot and you’re a league bowler, no reason to buy anything else unless you’re bowling on crazy PBA patterns, straighter is greater.

I had a Twist as my first real ball, two years later I have more advanced equipment. But I have a different Twist for controllability, love it.

Many bowlers overstate on bowling balls having huge backend, instead of balls with higher degree of controllability. Twist is the right ball for controllability, the alternative to urethane balls.
