personally for me I think that they could add a few more towns or cities in Arkansas than what they have. there seems to be more open space than other DLCs
Not really is just a small state geographically. Some of the western states are huge compared to Arkansas so it’s easier to fit more in those bigger states. I would get used to them not adding as many towns and cities in the eastern states just because they aren’t as large and the game engine just can’t fit all the assets in that small of area. This is the unfortunate truth as they keep going east. I would imagine states like Delaware or Connecticut will only have 2-3 cities in them since they are so small.
Linsey Crawford who made several videos of old trucks also did plenty of switching back and forth between the exterior and the interior of the trucks. Some of the videos he made were of ATHS members and their trucks. SCS did a great job by now having two trucks with 2-piece windshields. That is because many, many years ago, there only a handful of trucks that had a single-piece curved windshield. And also back then, just about all trucks had manual transmissions. This one is much easier to handle.
I can't wait for this dlc. Thanks for the tip on zooming the camera on the last vid. On the next showcase can you check out the steal mill east of Jonesboro. Blytheville is my hometown and I'm curious to see how it looks picking up a load at the steal mill
I heard rumors of it coming to consoles if so I'm excited and excited to play the Arkansas DLC. I'm a resident of Arkansas it looks sick they've gotten every single detail correctly even downtown Little Rock and Union Pacific Yard on Broadway Street!
Pretty excited t oplay my home state. But also disappointed they didnt add Rogers/Bentonville where the WalMart home office is located... Also no Conway or Huntsville which is where Butterball Turkey home office is located. There are several more towns that could have been included to fill some of those holes. Maybe they will add some more and also there are mods like ATS Expansion that will add more locations to visit
The general overall detail has improved compared to older states. However, the design team is still either ignoring, missing, and overlooking some things. For example, at 12:52 with the Exit 6 interchange between Hwy 5 and Hwy 70, the bridge is painted solid blue in real life, but in the game, it is a bland and gray color. From a designer or mapmaker standpoint, I don't know how hard or how time consuming it is to change the color of the bridges to match reality. I have tried to contact the map team and e-mailed them about this detail, but I have not received any response. I guess I have to accept the fact that the designers mostly carbon copy and cut and paste these essential areas in the game. Overall, you have a great video.
I plan on buying this dlc at some point, but I still haven’t been through half of the states. Gotta buy everyone and eventually I will hopefully get to drive across the entire map.
I would like to see a few more towns in AR too but it makes sense why there are. They have all of the major cities or towns. Pretty much all that's left is smaller towns like Blytheville. However the same can't be said as much for MO when it releases so I do expect to see a bit more in MO. But I'm honestly blown away by how great it looks and it has me so much more excited about future dlcs. I do hope to slowly see more backroads being added to each state in the future
Goodmorning Prime so excited about Arkansas releasing soon and I'll have every dlc state that has been released so far, then hopefully Missouri and Iowa next year

Another great Prime video and exclusive access 😎
As always, great commentary and what would a Prime video be without a crash of some sort? 😂
So true 😅

@PrimeSimulation when will SCS start moving east of the Mississippi river example:Tennessee,Kentucky,Mississippi
Awesome video 😀👍
AI just don't care what's in front of them. I think they crashed into you because they could have slowed and stopped until you cleared.
Stay away from the truck stops in west Memphis, you’ll wake up to your trailer broken into or fuel siphoned.
Are you using a graphics mod? Because your game looks fantastic!
No mods..... just ATS on ultra settings!
@@PrimeSimulation Oh sorry you mentioned it in the beginning, thank you!
Excited to see us slowly enter my region (the Ozarks!), nice relaxing drive apart from the two abrupt bumps. Thanks for always making these videos :)

"I am in confusion"
I've been to the Ozarks in real life
More crashes by Prime 😂
Are you really surprised???... LOL
@@PrimeSimulation nope not surprised at all 😂
