Fitting is perfect, if you dont get elastic, one can use thick thread and tie, like you use for peticoat.👌

A bit of maths plus a trial with some muslim/old sheet.
Original is for 34 so 36 needs 0.5 inch added to each side at the sideseams. Size 38 would add 1 inch at each side seam.
To centre shoulder strap properly the extra width needs dividing so that half the measure is across the neck opening and a quarter measure making the armhole deeper.
The sleeve piece of 9 x 7 when folded would become 9.5 x 7.5 for size 36 and 10 x 8 for 38.
3.5 inches on the 7 inch side in the video is the length of the sleeve seam.
You would need to match the short straight bit on the underarm edge on the bodice before drawing the curve to the top of the sleeve. This curve may need minor adjustment for the seam to sit properly. Better to cut less away and unpick the seam than cut too much.
Darts may need slight adjustment
Checking this all fits your own body is why your first piece is made of cheap, throwaway material.
Different neckline or sleeve length are easy options with the same construction.
