I've got like 2700 hours and only like hover around 1400-1700 mmr.
Half the time we just aren't interested in doing the meta stuff. It's the people trying to push up that hate low mmr players. The rest of us are just vibing with the game we enjoy

I use to be this delusional back in S4, but Watching your videos really humbled me as a player, and the funny thing is that even tho I'm really bad at the game, I never went below 1500 MMR 💀💀

Only thing that makes me hesitant playing Ix Chel is her ult. I be trying my hardest to get the full benefits out of it by hitting both allies and enemies, but teammates never try and get infront of it so my ult can get extended. (And admittedly I just sometimes die outright due to me overextending during ult).
I might try Ix Chel some more.
dint over commit or change ur positioning because u want to get those extra ticks with ur ult. just play it as a normal ult, if it miracously lines up witha a teammate which happens alot, u can take advantage of it, just becareful and dont forget it makes u cc immune 😊
Just remember that it is both a lot of healing AND a lot of DPS even if you only get 3s of it. Just adapt it to the teamfight you're in and don't worry about extending it so much. ;3
For me her ult is another beads until you get more then 2 levels in it.

i love these videos i have been playing smite for a couple years and these videos i feel are helping me to learn what i need to be working on so wanted to say thank you for the content and hard work you and your team have put in to making this series happen

I already recognize that there are, like I had one of the top charibdys players on my team, he was our only win condition lol. we lost of course, support athena was roaming jungle clearing camps (i was jungle) and always out of position. solo was just getting destroyed in every 1v1. I ganked when I could but that was not often. being in the placement time for ranked sucks. i've been teetering around 1500 mmr bronze 3 for the last couple of days (haven't played ranked since like season 9). but I notice myself slowly getting better with your vids, thank you and keep up the good work
I used to play ranked conquest by myself & highest I pushed was 1845mmr. It was not quick, man the amount of bots the game puts on my team is so frustrating. I do ranked conquest with a friend now we currently 2230mmr, for sure much easier. He runs jungle and I run Solo and we dominate entire games even when our teammates are dogwater. With that being said, for players that do ranked and are going in alone, I understand how ya feel & why maybe ya mmr might be low but you might be much better

When I use to play religiously, I started getting matched w pros n content creators. One of my first games I got matched with zapman. I was so happy and confident that I could hold my own. Long story short I lost us the game lmao.

My biggest argument for elo hell for me was that i watched top players at this game for 2 years straight. Always watched guides, asked questions, took notes. Go into my games and play as if im in one of those lobbies but i’ll have a cu chullainn solo with deaths toll qins sais. I think the elo hell for me is that at lower ranks you don’t know how to play around teammates that just spectate you or position terribly etc.
The thing is you should be able to just farm them if they building wrong I did that all the way to diamond on 2 accounts gold players and especially silver do not have the best fundamentals

Bruh I'm in masters and been gm in the past and still fat finger relics pretty often. The downside of having them bound to a button you can hit really fast, is its also easy to accidentally hit them. I mostly do it while vgsing tho, which Is pretty annoying

Different depending on your mmr and the mmr of the games your in but I usually get 25-40 per game.

Video twist idea. Instead of putting them in a match with people 2 tiers above them, put them in 2 tiers under them. Only works if they're in elo heaven; but if you put someone in silver match when they're plat and they struggle then it's even funnier to see their delusion. Best 2/3 games to find if they're in elo hell 1st game have it be a legit elo hell lobby, but if you think they're in elo heaven then next game put them in a lobby where they're the highest mmr by a lot and see if you can find their real rank.

Ix Chel does a large number of things, but primarily, she has a damaging ability that when it hits a god, she grts a second ability that blinds if the god is looking at her. Both abilities have pretty appreciable damage on them.
Her secondary ability is the aforementioned knockup. It has decent damage and heals her allies that are in it. Very good for disruption or for healing your team.
3rd ability is the root. It is lobbed, and when it lands it does damage in a small area and spawns little color orbs that her tram can pick up, providing a move speed buff for 3s.
Her ult is a laser of massive healing and damage that can be extended by getting both of these effects simultaneously. You can generally get about a .5s increase; even if you only get the 3s, it can be massively impactful because it provides so much of either healing OR damage.
