They dropped from 2nd to 4th when they hit both days... Like... what? I actually loved Aces this year and their tumbling looks MUCH improved, something that usually brings them down. Also, I'm kind of done with props. TGLC, Shooting Stars, Warriors, Ice Queens, OO5, and now Aces? I'll admit, I liked it when Warriors, TGLC, and OO5 did it, but I think it's getting a little over-done.
I'm hoping Aces get back to being a medalling team in 2016 (I don't understand how they didn't get bronze but whatever), they're a really great team and I thought they definitely redeemed themselves after Worlds 2014. And AMEN to being done with props. I hate hate hate them, I think they're so distracting and I really don't understand why Allstar cheerleading needs them.
Kirsten E 2012? The shoe? That I'm fine with. I'm somewhat okay with props if it somehow ties into their routine, but Shooting Stars' red jacket and VAS Ice Queens handkerchief-thing were just weird. With Aces in 2013, I'm still eh on the prop that they used. I believe at one point or another during that season that one of the cards were upside down during the performance (lol). I get that Aces use the Ace on huge card-props, but I'm on the fence on whether or not I like it. With this year, it just seems like too many teams were using props. For Aces it kind of seemed fitting for them to use a glitzy/over-the-top prop because of their dance song, but at the same time it seemed kind of random because they hadn't used props prior to Worlds.
Aces used props before most of the teams you mentioned, 2012 was the shoe, 2013 were the ace cards, 2014 no props, 2015 feather/cards. TGLC started props this year, so did warriors, wcss, and ice queens.
+drefale Did you forget that Medium Coed(Black Ops) won worlds their first year as a team. I think LAG would be S.A.F. Just another team for everyone to be in love with. But you can now go back to your hating.
+drefale you do realize there are multiple California allstar gyms coached by different people. if Cali's large all girl were to be coached by the Ventura, San Marcos, or the Livermore worlds coaches they'd dominate lmao
I am kinda 50/50 on props. I realize that Aces used props before many other teams, but all they did with the cards was hold them up and wave them. TGLC used flags while doing their kick doubles, and tumbled through hoops! WCSS wore their jacket in the background during running tumbling. They preformed WITH the prop rather than AROUND it. Aces just kind of added them in last minute.
Peach's difficulty level was much higher than Aces.. nobody was beating Peach Worlds 2015.. if aces had a little bit more difficulty in like their stunts, tumbling, and pyramid, they would of placed third but medium senior is a tough division but aces difficulty was too low to place top 3 :(
+Ian Espinosa I know they're from Vegas and the only vegas vibe I got from tis mix was the dance.. just because they're from Vegas having a vegas mix doesn't mean it's amazing. And honestly this is legit trash idk why PPl are obsessed

Aces first started using props in 2012 though. I don't remember if they used them in 2014 but I know they did in 2013 as well

Dancer 1965 aces always struggle with the props. We literally had sign practice before we warmed up. Also TGLC is god level at props.
I think they did deserve bronze but aces didn't had many doubles as the other teams
