I want to support you in this adventure of getting one for yourself. The Ukulele basses are also really cool, a little smaller and less $. Kala, top brand, even makes one for less than $300 but the mini basses may have a punchier sound that you might prefer. My Cordoba mini ii was also less that $300 but of course Martin, Guikd, Taylor, Ibanez all make the minis. Let's shop together and find a way. I can't wait for you to have fun with this little guy. Keep me posted as I am ready to contribute to your purchase. I am not sure how to buy from here and send there and it's best if you choose it and I send some $ as I would be honored to help you find the right one.

I found a Taylor Mini Bass on Facebook in Buenes Aires but they are pretty expensive. This one is used and may be worth a look.
