yo if u like taking substantial shits pick up some frosted mini wheats. They are a good, filling breakfast that stays with u til lunch, and a nice snack if u stay up too late and get hungry again. But they're loaded with insoluble fiber, clean u right out, make u take nice big shits Psyllium fiber is what's in Metamucil, right? I used to take that too and I can tell u confidently, mini wheats give u better shits, this is a special tip from me to u
