Kamen Rider Drive was the first Rider I watched weekly as it aired. It will forever be one of the best! The characters, acting and story were very heartfelt and impactful! So I'd love to see them back in an anniversary project. When I watched Blazar, at first I didn't even recognize Gento was played by the same actor as Heart... The roles were so different, and yet his acting skill and aura shone through! The preparations definetely payed off, Gento felt like a great father and hero!
Similar to Ishiguro Hideo-san; both played as villains in Kamen Rider series [Kai and Heart Roidmude] and both played MC protagonists in Ultraman series [Kurenai Gai and Hiruma Gento].
I never count Heart as villain too. Since beginning! He just opposing and fight for his "brethen". Very charismatic, and HEARTful. Incredibly good villain tbh
On the heels of the return of the heroic Ultra-Monke from M421, Ultraman Blazar next week teaming up with his successor Arc, this interview with Tomoyo Warbino is fantastic! I thought it was 20 years ago that Kamen Rider Drive came out, it's actually a decade ( no NOT Kamen Rider Decade, A decade ago, 2014. ) ago. The action figure of Heart Roimade looks quite like the VERY villain Drive has faced. While most of us aren't familiar with Heart Roimade or Drive, his portrayal of Captain Gento Hiruma will be remembered by fans here in the United States...and Johnny Yong Bosch's amazing English voice of Gento Hiruma. Great interview, and great job Warbino-san, you DEFINITELY got this! Now if we have both him and Yuki Totsuka ( Yuma Hize / Arc...and Rution ) team up, even if it's a cameo, that'll be great, if that's not the case, seeing Blazar again is good enough for us, if only next Friday ( our evening, their Saturday morning ) November 22nd come fast enough.... probably not, Hellnarak could crash the party sooner....t-minus 7 days and counting!

お話を聞いてると「会社さん」というものの影を感じません。ブレーザーチームが何もかも主体だった劇でした。背中で語らない、ちょっと気になるくらい声を出してくれる大人の姿でした。ゲントが次に現れるときは、さらに上の階級でも、あるいは軍人でなくなってても、面白く観られるほど可能性あるキャラです。
最近のウルトラマンでゼットとブレーザーは是非とも続編をやってほしいと思ってます。どちらも全話見たし玩具もほぼ揃えたし、何よりカッコ良かったのと面白かった。ゼットは若いウルトラマンらしく、ブレーザーは野性味溢れたウルトラマンらしく新しかった。もっともっと見たい。
