I lived with my daughter’s mother whom had suicidal ideation the entire time and even still struggles with it. There is no amount of “just take care of yourself! Stop missing days” that you could ever say to fix mental illness. They have to want it.
Here's the fix. If you fall your PT test or fall your waist measurement, you pay what your Health insurance would cost in the civilian world until you pass your next test.
This might be a good idea, or increasingly large fines if you fail to meet the standard? Do y’all know if people ever get fired for failing? They make it seem like no one gets disciplined for being a fatty.
Bro, Aaron you look like Tom Dwan bro, that’s funny. Appreciate you both, looking to join SERE in a few months, my pull ups aren’t good yet or my mile run, but I’m following Stew Smith’s method of performing max reps of pull ups per set times 4 everyday for 10 days then resting 3. You will have improved 50% or doubled your max reps for pull ups. Did it for pushups, before it was 20, now it’s 34, next it’ll be at least 50.
Fire pod fellas, the "Natty or Not" thing was never about looking down on people who took steroids. It actually came from a issue with fitness content creators who had decent to large audiences on TH-cam and other platforms that never communicated to their audience that they were on steroids in the first place. So you would have people watching a creator and trying to follow their training style but completely unaware that the creator/influencer achieved their results with some extra help. You would see a bunch of comments of people asking if the person was natural. This led to other fitness creators doing "natty or not" videos. Long explanation but that's pretty much how it started.

At 53 yrs old, if I could afford TRT, I totally would get it. It would help me in all aspects of my life, from lifting to just general daily life. 🤙😎🤙
Glad I only eat fruit, beef and raw milk. I've dropped lots of weight on that diet alone, then added testosterone and exercise six days a week.

Reserve components gutted.

I'm 43 taking testosterone and I train in Muay Thai, I don't care what people think.
