Ugh... It just looks like another start of a toxic relationship to me... I mean, regardless of whether the mom is actually a bad person or not, she appears to be a good mom. So like dating the person who killed your mom is as they say icky... And I don't really want to see the "you didn't know any better and that's not who you are anymore" ex machina so they end up together. And if FL's mother was innocent, how will they make it right for killing her and defamation both the mother and FL suffered? They can't cause you can't bring the dead back to life. I pretty much given up on trying to find a good romance one ever since I found my motto of “Korean writers needs therapy so they can stop romanticizing toxic relationship”. I haven’t try comedy if there is even any but I’m probably too dense or too serious to get any jokes. Isekai is a bit iffy, on one hand, OP MC can solve some headache I have for but they also give me headache. For example, being strong but somehow got fucking blackmail, like they can’t just eliminate them from the face of the earth. All in all, a magic related manhwa that isn’t revolve around romance and I don’t mind isekai, it’s overused but hey can’t hate on it that much if done right. Oh but I do love one about the MC being a villainess one whether it end up goofy like Catarina from My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom or really get into villainy.

It is in the romance genre but up until now the Fl has no partner as far as I know. I’m somewhere between chapter 60 to 70, It currently has 92 chapters and is ongoing. Then there is also daughter of the elemental king, in this one the Fl is not traumatized as far as I’ve understood. It has 160 chapters and is ongoing. Solo farming in the tower is a rather chill manhwa without romance at the moment. It is an overpowered Ml (overpowered in the context of farming and making connections with the mobs of the tower) but yeah. Has 57 chapters and also ongoing. I’ll look through my romance manhwas and see if I can find one that would fit your taste

Male lead kills her loved ones, takes her in against her will. Then lived happily ever after the end...
Unfortunately not all the time there's another ML gets betrayed by family and girlfriend gets killed and reincarnated in another world and thus never gets revenge on the people who wrong him cause he never sees them again.

Okay guys, before cursing the couple of MC and FMC maybe we should at least read the story until the end of it first, The blonde guy kill her mother and many others people, that truth will never change but he was forced to do that by the emperor-his father, and if he doesn't do that, the emperor will kill his mother instead, so he had no choice, and if we keep reading until end, we can see this is a happy ending at all, they are all come back to the past and saved everyone, reset the world to make it pieceful, then the main couple get married and live happiness forever with their daughter and their moms too. So i think maybe this story begin with tragedy and drama but with that ending, i don't hate it anymore, its not really bad as that at all.
Revenge is the only thing she can do and make the villian fall in love with her that is the best revenge ever then run away to the place where no one know her and it will be great if she find other male lead.
For anyone who wants to know the webtoon does have a happy ending but its pretty rushed. Its extremely angsty up until that point though. I will say even though the "Knight" does have his reasons for killing her mom (not that i agree with them) he does a whole lot more than only kill her which made it hard to forgive him.

Like I love medical romance mangas but it kinda gets boring that so many fl lose there minds/morals when they fall in love. Example: This girl will fall in love with the man who literally killed her mother. There is not even a weird but atleast less concerning twist were he is accused and later cleared. He is a killer and literally showed her mothers dead body around like a war trophy. Girl does not need a lover at the moment. She needs a therapist. A really good one.

Hmm.. in stories like this author makes ML exclusively kind to FL. And then manipulates her to believe “he did it to save me/he had no choice/it was the only way/whatever”. And I hate when FL forgives and then easily falls in love with that person. Often author choose to mix in some time travel or reincarnation and then it transforms into crazy smoothie. After 20 chapters no one remembers what it supposed to be or where this story is going. I never saw a story where FL choose a revenge path and stays on it or does something effective. 😢

As the plot progresses,, ML shot her father down in front of her & took her in just like this scenario..

My best friend is hard core about this sort of angsty romances. Me, I’d be screaming at the screen/page/whatever, but I do like the anti-hero trope. It’s a niche fantasy. Harmless. I hear people saying it’s glorifying toxic relationships, but in my experience this doesn’t cause women to suddenly want to date convicts or the like. People know the difference between reality and fantasy and those who are prone to toxic relationships are drawn to it because of childhood experience and trauma, not escapism reading. If anything, it’s a healthier option in which to safely indulge.

I find it so disturbing when someone loves the person who killed his|her family member who was good to her. I mean even if your parents are evil people if they were good parents to you, you couldn't forgive their murderer.
Ugh... It just looks like another start of a toxic relationship to me... I mean, regardless of whether the mom is actually a bad person or not, she appears to be a good mom. So like dating the person who killed your mom is as they say icky... And I don't really want to see the "you didn't know any better and that's not who you are anymore" ex machina so they end up together. And if FL's mother was innocent, how will they make it right for killing her and defamation both the mother and FL suffered? They can't cause you can't bring the dead back to life.
If anyone has a suggestion of a manhwa that doesn't have the FL end up with the very person who put her through hell in the first place, I'll be willing to read it. Or warn me about what is basically Stockholm syndrome manhwa.
I can recommend some depending on the genre of manhwa you like to read.

I pretty much given up on trying to find a good romance one ever since I found my motto of “Korean writers needs therapy so they can stop romanticizing toxic relationship”. I haven’t try comedy if there is even any but I’m probably too dense or too serious to get any jokes. Isekai is a bit iffy, on one hand, OP MC can solve some headache I have for but they also give me headache. For example, being strong but somehow got fucking blackmail, like they can’t just eliminate them from the face of the earth.
All in all, a magic related manhwa that isn’t revolve around romance and I don’t mind isekai, it’s overused but hey can’t hate on it that much if done right. Oh but I do love one about the MC being a villainess one whether it end up goofy like Catarina from My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom or really get into villainy.

@@skycats6663 Well, there is one called melody of the deadwood, It has some magic in it, also an abused Fl that got abandoned and stole step moms ring, broke it after being abandoned and got into a contract i think with five people that are overpowered you could say, living a new life as basically friends and one big family. It is in the romance genre but up until now the Fl has no partner as far as I know. I’m somewhere between chapter 60 to 70, It currently has 92 chapters and is ongoing. Then there is also daughter of the elemental king, in this one the Fl is not traumatized as far as I’ve understood. It has 160 chapters and is ongoing. Solo farming in the tower is a rather chill manhwa without romance at the moment. It is an overpowered Ml (overpowered in the context of farming and making connections with the mobs of the tower) but yeah. Has 57 chapters and also ongoing. I’ll look through my romance manhwas and see if I can find one that would fit your taste

Female Lead- Loved ones killed by Male lead, goes on about getting revenge instead falls in love with him or... Male lead kills her loved ones, takes her in against her will. Then lived happily ever after the end...

Unfortunately not all the time there's another ML gets betrayed by family and girlfriend gets killed and reincarnated in another world and thus never gets revenge on the people who wrong him cause he never sees them again.

i dont even know how these manga exists. I remember read a manhwa where the heroine summoned to another world, then saw a guy kills 2 people. She said he's so terrified, and then in the same chapter, just 2 page far, she "skips 2 heartbeat" for in perfect angle face. JUST WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER...

Okay guys, before cursing the couple of MC and FMC maybe we should at least read the story until the end of it first, The blonde guy kill her mother and many others people, that truth will never change but he was forced to do that by the emperor-his father, and if he doesn't do that, the emperor will kill his mother instead, so he had no choice, and if we keep reading until end, we can see this is a happy ending at all, they are all come back to the past and saved everyone, reset the world to make it pieceful, then the main couple get married and live happiness forever with their daughter and their moms too. So i think maybe this story begin with tragedy and drama but with that ending, i don't hate it anymore, its not really bad as that at all.
Revenge is the only thing she can do and make the villian fall in love with her that is the best revenge ever then run away to the place where no one know her and it will be great if she find other male lead.
For anyone who wants to know the webtoon does have a happy ending but its pretty rushed. Its extremely angsty up until that point though. I will say even though the "Knight" does have his reasons for killing her mom (not that i agree with them) he does a whole lot more than only kill her which made it hard to forgive him.

Hmm.. in stories like this author makes ML exclusively kind to FL. And then manipulates her to believe “he did it to save me/he had no choice/it was the only way/whatever”. And I hate when FL forgives and then easily falls in love with that person. Often author choose to mix in some time travel or reincarnation and then it transforms into crazy smoothie. After 20 chapters no one remembers what it supposed to be or where this story is going.

My best friend is hard core about this sort of angsty romances. Me, I’d be screaming at the screen/page/whatever, but I do like the anti-hero trope. It’s a niche fantasy. Harmless. I hear people saying it’s glorifying toxic relationships, but in my experience this doesn’t cause women to suddenly want to date convicts or the like. People know the difference between reality and fantasy and those who are prone to toxic relationships are drawn to it because of childhood experience and trauma, not escapism reading. If anything, it’s a healthier option in which to safely indulge.

People really need to learn to move on if they dont like a toxic and dark story. Its like most of these comments want only positive, happy, redeemable and moral stories, as if life is all about that when it's not. Tragic, dark romances are a thing, fucked up stories and unhealthy love, happens to so many people, plot twists and aggravating tales, is some people's cup of tea. It's so annoying too see people judge this story based on.. the story? As if they are surprised when it's pretty clear? Like go find a happy, healthy male-lead then or a male lead that ends up being redeemable, theres a ton of them and yet these comments complain and bash any story that isnt like that, its so silly and just really says a lot about how judgmental people can be about fictional tales.
