There's something so satisfying about dehydrating food. You've also inspired me get a pressure cook. I checked out some of your other videos and they're really great 👍. Awsome quality

the ground meat does have fat in it doesn’t it? didn’t you need to strain it?
If I were to keep it stored for a longer period of time, yes then I would strain it to get rid of excessive fat. I used ground beef with 5% fat.
