    On performance:
blending- part of the sql query
    relationship: locally computed
Correct me if I am wrong.

Awesome!!! Is it possible to share the data sets used in the demo. Thanks for the video

This seems to be a breakthrough in the field. I am still having problems with some conceptual terms that I would like to address. Is there any recommendation on the type of training I need to improve my understanding of the concepts? Should I work on database structures and SQL? Any MCOO that cover those concepts?

Looks very promising! Is this new relationship function also possible between two Tableau Server datasources (published as live or as extract) ?

Not yet but you could publish up a data source with a relationship as a published data source.

Awesome. It changes the rules of the game. It will take some time for me, as a tableau expert raised in the old paradigm, to get used to it. Does this mean data blending is going to disappear? My understanding is that now they are no longer needed.

They are needed because a blend is still the only way for some scenarios, for example, to work with two published data sources, you'd need to blend as you cant use the data model on published data sources and the other scenarios are when you'd want a variable outcome on the way you relate tables. The data model has a fixed relationship whereas blends let you change this on per view basis covered in 13:56

Wow how was this software even usable prior to having a real data model?
