If you stab someone and they counter it, then you need to tap F as fast as you can to win the counter. If you win the counter, then the other guy gets punched in the face, and you still get the stab hehe. They can counter the stab if you try to stab them at the wrong angle.. meaning there's a small angle in front of the person. If you stab from the side or back, they can't counter.
