    International Labor Day (first week of May), PRC Foundation and Mid-Autumn Festival (usually in October), New Year (end-December), Qingming/Tomb Sweeping Festival (either March or April) and Spring Festival (either January or February), some of them will be depending on the Chinese Lunar Calendar, are the PEAK SEASONS of travels for Chinese citizens and expats.

    Thank you for your compilation, i'm definitely saving and pinning some of the spots to when im visiting beijing next month!
    Also, (personally) I found some of the video cuts were a bit too short, I would love to see slightly longer clips :)

    Question: did you go in March/April, meaning Spring, right? Were the temperatures ok (as they say, this should be the best season?

      Hi, it`s called Yitingzhenshe 0:11. Probably! Depends on what your interests are and pace. Some other things if I had the time or motivation lol: Universal Studios Beijing, Lama temple, Beijing Temple of Confucius, Prince Gong Mansion Museum, Ming Dynasty Tombs, Peking University

    hello, may i ask about the language you use? do you speak mandarin? i’m planning to visit beijing alone but i don’t speak mandarin at all, maybe i’ll try to learn some basic tourist conversation before going there. so, would like to know how difficult it would be to navigate everything with little to no mandarin skill. thank you for sharing! 💖

    • @RoseanneDucut
      @RoseanneDucut  หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      hi! I speak limited Mandarin, but ended up only using a couple of basic travel phrases. There were usually signs in English or I used Google Translate app photo feature. The phrases I used most are under Language Tips here. Have a great trip!: heyroseanne.com/beijing-travel-guide/
