Booze&Blender But you cannot cross state lines until you receive the MC Certificate by mail. Have you contacted your insurance company and have them file BMC91 with FMCSA?

my wife is gonna put the business in her name and the dot but I'm the driver and the truck is in my name insurance etc .. can we do that?

well informed video to the end, 2019 they added Oath and a promise and set you as an Company Official if the comp has not one listed.

I had that issue too, make sure your password has a special character, like a ! or something

Yes but not the MC number. The MC number will show in SAFER FMCSA in 24 to 48 hours and you can get it from there.
You will have to apply for the MC number if you have a DOT number already without paying any fees
