Henry Bryant174 right click on the layer and select clipping mask. Or hold alt on your key board and hover between the layers. The little symbol will change, when it does, click it. Hope this helps you 👍

When I try to orientate the jersey, it says "Could not transform the path because the selected portion of the path does not enclose any pixels". Do you know how I could orientate the jersey to make it smaller?

Mahan Ghazizadeh once you have cut around the jersey with the pen tool, before you hit selection, make sure you’re on the layer of the jersey you want to cut out (in this case it’s the utd one).

So how come at 14:50 you had to cut him out onto a new layer to shadow? Couldn't have you just done that on the original?

Giorgio Piazza do you mean to create the clipping mask? Hold Alt and hover between the layers until you see the symbol, or right click on the top layer and select ‘add clipping mask’
