I about choked on my coffee when Aaron said “the freaking cats”. I laughed so hard. I have two ginger cats too. Too funny. Thanks for making my Saturday
Ken, your editing is spot-on! Love your clips with Aaron and Laura laughing! I have a little (non-gardening channel) and just talk, so no edits. So admire your work. 🎦
SO WONDERFUL to have a Saturday video again!!! My Saturdays will be better now. Thank you for all you do to keep us entertained, inspired, educated & happy.
Okay, I am 5 minutes in and Ken is killing it with these edits! 😂 This is so entertaining. Most of us have been watching for years, and all of these editing choices are making us feel closer to Laura and Aaron in a way. This is a super upbeat feel good feeling to it. And that’s Laura in general, but these video edits make this whole video seem so conversational. And even knowing some of Kens humor too, this is great. It definitely has a Garden Answer Family vibe to it! Keep up the good work you guys 😊
Welcome to the GA family Taylor! We definitely see you, and are thankful for you joining the team to help give us the content we all love! Especially for most of us that start our mornings with a cup of coffee and this channel 😁
Nice! Suggestion for the video editor: More full pic gardens rather than split screen with Laura looking down reading the description. A circle inset (like used frequently for Aaron) works best. Still want to see the close up of the greenhouse garden in the first garden shown today.... but the full half split screen of Laura blocked most of it. I do appreciate the effort put into the editing and just want to encourage further development of the process. Thank you.
i adore the editing in this video! it's very funny and also helpful highlighting areas being talked about, etc. i especially love the funny close-ups of Laura's reactions
Good morning from Pinckney Michigan☕️I am so ready for WARM spring air and sunshine!!! Woke up to 1 foot of snow on my deck and my Bella cat couldn’t even get outside to check everything out🤣gotta get dressed now and shovel a path for the Princess 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️thank you Laura and Aaron for all you do to brighton our days with your positive attitudes and inspirational sprit👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️🍸🍸🍸
This is such a great idea to have this series on this channel and uploaded on Saturday. I enjoyed watching while drinking my cup of tea this morning. ☕️
Thank you for continuing this series even though it is more time intensive! It is like being on a garden tour from regions all over. Thanks for the VIP Access Laura & Aaron. It is so wonderful to see how other people Garden.
In a few years I can participate in this series ;) Bought our house last year and the garden was completely ignored for 12 years with so many trees self seeding everywhere and several dead trees. Already made our before pictures, this season we're focusing on figuring out where the sun reaches to plan our out beds, veggie beds, greenhouse spot, patios etc. The next few years are going to be a lot of fun! Thanks for all the inspiration everyone!
Outstanding!!! Love having this continue. Beautiful move for y’all. Content for a Saturday. Highlighted member engagement. Increased production values. Grows the Highlights Channel. Awesome. Well done you two. Well done.
Happy Saturday Garden Answer friends! I love seeing these inspirational videos. A mix of different size landscapes, part sun to full sun. from beginning of season to end of season...Feeds my soul, with my coffee. Haha. Thank you everyone for sharing! & To Laura & Aaron for passing along to us. I laughed at Aarons comment too on the cats too..any pet owner will understand. 😂 Laura, now it makes sense why Russell makes his way into nearly every video....bless our furry family.
Love the beautiful garden series! Thank you so much for producing this and everyone who continue to contribute their photos. It’s inspirational. Can’t wait to get into the dirt again as soon as the snow melts again!😂
These just NEVER get old. Love seeing everyone's creativity and hard work! Didn't know what I was doing in my flower beds the 1st 17 years, it was just therapeutic. Last 3 years I have a plan! My 5 year plan has turned into 20 years in a blink, but isn't that the joy of gardening??
Not going to lie getting Garden Answer videos 7 days a week is making my day ♥️ can we get an update on the college rose bed outside the gym when the flowers start blooming?
I loved everyone’s garden! I agree about the cabbage in the flower garden and as a border. I love a cabbage border but they deer here would love it too😂 I also love shorter videos as my time allows to enjoy them more in the morning without having to stop and resume later. Thank you all for submitting your pictures
Good morning, Laura and Aaron, from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA 🇺🇸 🌞 We are in the 80's and feeling Summer heat already 😎 Great time to plant our Seedlings 🌱 Happy Gardening Everyone 👩🌾 👍 💓
Hooray!... A Saturday video! Love seeing other people's gardens so much! Aah yes, "Freakin cat hair" ...one ginger, two black, one long haired charcoal here, plenty of fur flying around my place. Seems like more hair than air some days lol.
@Garden Answer Highlightts 👋Good Sunday morning Laura and Aaron!!!! I was out playing in my own yard and flowerbeds yesterday; so, just getting to sit with coffee in hand and enjoy 2 videos, this morning. YAAAAAAY, Beautiful Gardens #7!!!! I am a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE fan of these. Like you said, Laura, great way to "borrow" ideas from other gardeners. Ken, at 3:22, that was an adorable edit of Laura and Aaron, laughing, in their slanted half of the screen. LOVED IT!👏👏👏👏 You're lucky that you got to help plant and learn about flowerbeds and gardening from your parents. I always helped plant our vegetable garden, weed and maintain it; bonus was being able to go pick a fresh 🥕, radish, 🫛 or 🍓. However, no one was allowed to help with Mom's flower beds, shrubs or lilac tree; those were her prized possessions/sanctuary (escape from my three brothers 😉😂🤣😂). When I got older, she would let me help her weed. But, I always had to ask before I pulled anything with her, in case it was a bulb or flower sprouting up. Eventually, I learned and she did allow me to weed with her. I loved it, because it was precious time and lasting memories of time spent with her!!!! Such BEAUTIFUL gardens in this video!!! Thank you to you photo submitters, for sharing your beautiful and hard-earned gadens!!!🥰😍🤩 Have a Blessed and Beautiful day/night 🌞/🌜✨️⭐️🌟⭐️✨️ 🌐 everyone!!! Kimberley F in the Arizona desert 🌞🌵💞🏜 (Zone 9b) USA 🇺🇸
Love this, especially after our 8 inches of snow we got yesterday and last night here in Michigan! 😆😆❄️🙄 oh well, gives me more time to watch GA and continue to plan my attack! 😊♥️
I adore the first New Hampshire gardens. The one with the gray wood planters and the amazing little shed ❤️. I love how she sells her little plants in the spring to afford her addiction (I appreciate the endeavor to profit off of what is done on the property). I, too, use the barter system with plants along with many of my neighbors. I just loved everything about that garden ❤️.
These videos are some of my favorites that you do. Our daffodils and tulips are just breaking ground here in 6B. Its so nice to see the difference in a few months in the garden! Thank you both
The "Megabed" is such a lovely way to make use of space. This is a prime example to show to folks who say they only have a patio so they can't garden. Wow! 😍
I feel Caroline in NH's pain - I too wage the critter battle. It has gotten consistently worse since my husband started putting out tons of birdseed for the birds a few years ago (insert swears here). The critters are loving that - and multiplying. My cat is lazy so no help there! Thank you guys for continuing to post these videos even though it's a ton of work. It is soooo cool to see other people's spaces.
Me to, I understand what you are going through. I put out suet and whole corn like you feed deer.. I have a squirrel feeder that has a huge glass pickle jar that inserts into it and they climb up the tree to get into the jar, as well as the birds and woodpeckers to. So I bought a trap at tractor supply (a lot of places carry them) and put corn in a lid and have caught 22 of them, now I still see a few but not as many and way less damage. So I will keep doing it until they are gone! Lol
All those gardens were beautiful. It's so wonderful to see how others create their spaces. I had an established yard with big oaks and pines, lots of lovely dappled light. A tornado ripped through my yard and took out the big trees, hydrangeas, and azaleas. Now the yard is full on sun all day. I'm in southeastern NC, zone 8a. Summers are HOT in the backyard now.
Love seeing all these ideas, would love to see a archway going from your sidewalk to the new patio, have you given it some thought? Thank you for all your hard work!
I absolutely love these videos. I love seeing all the hard work and beautiful gardens. They are so inspiring! They make me want to plant more. Laura and Arron I can’t begging to tell you how much I love your videos I have learned so much from watching them and they just make me happy. Thank you
what a wonderful Saturday morning surprise. I needed to see the gardens today as we are having a snowstorm here along the coast of Maine. its a winter wonderland outside. expecting over a foot of snow. have a wonderful day..
I think what we can learn from some of these smaller gardens that are featured is that they can still be a beautiful place to sit, just listen to Laura and take bits of inspiration from her that what would work in you garden.
I love that you are doing these and moved to this channel. Makes sense that you made them shorter even though I hated it ended but this is great cause it’s really helping me see what I wanna do. Maybe one day I will submit and say hey this is what I learned from the Garden Answer community. Great job everyone. It’s nice to have something happy to look at in this crazy world
Good morning Laura and family and 🐈s. Thank you for the Saturday morning video, lots of beautiful yards. Thanks for sharing, have a great rest of the day, 👋🙂🥀🌸🌻
I can't tell you how much I appreciate it when you dedicate a whole video to a topic. I've learned so much from a shade loving video or ground cover one as I'm still trying to plant out our yard. Honestly there's not a dud video in any of them.
Aaron…yes to the Popcorn Drift Roses. I had them and they need a good trimming after the first flush of blooms fade or they look dirty. White blooms look dirty as they fade.
18:33 love all the inspiration in the videos. I would have liked a bigger picture of the Ohio grandparents garden. The background of Laura’s studio made it harder to see the entire garden. But I do love all your videos and because of you I learned about hellebores, I have four beauties showing their colors since last month. Zone 9b, great enjoyment on very cold days.
I am so encouraged to keep working outside, as an almost 80 year old, when I see so many beautiful gardens and know the work that goes into it. Digging, hauling and getting new ideas as kept me going for quite a while. I am currently covering all open beds areas with cardboard so I don’t have to weed or spray. Started last year and all those areas look perfect. Some exposed cardboard which I’m covering with fresh mulch. So rewarding.
A lot of the country is facing water shortages, can you talk more about water-wise plants and landscape ideas of native plants? Can you do a video where you show beautiful ideas of no-grass front yards? What are your thoughts about the sustainability of your garden in a high desert region?
YES! NO-GRASS FRONT GARDENS will be great inspiration. My whole property is NO-GRASS, as so many of us are now choosing. I'm still stumbling with inspiration for how to complete my front gardens, after having installed the beginnings with evergreen shrub structure.
I LOVE the no grass front yards! It is a growing concept where I live, though many people also say their HOA's won't allow it and such, which is something my area is in conversation about.
TH-cam channel The Middle Sized Garden out of the UK has done a lot about meadow/no- grass front yards. I know Laura and Aaron like grass. They have no problems with wells going dry where they live.
Lmao this was such a funny video! The editing was hilarious! I love your dynamic together 😂 man I can’t wait till my garden is pretty enough to send photos of!
I thought the reason there was a Saturday video was because we lost power in the big snow storm last night, but not so! Love this along with the inspiration!
I was really inspired by the couple who built the massive box to create privacy between their neighbors! Super inspiring! Also, LOVE the look of cabbage! Not sure why? Is it those Cabbage Patch dolls from childhood?!? Just not sure!
This episode should definitely be entitled Nostalgic Gardens! Having listened to your background, you certainly do gravitate toward a rural English, weathered wood vibe.
I absolutely love this Beautiful Garden series. Any chance you could have one that highlights gardens that have slopes? Especially the type that is right at the road like the amazing house you showed this time with the roses. Again, loving this series--thanks so much for these!!! Rita
I absolutely love these videos - thank you so much for continuing them. They are just an absolute treat. I have to pull them up on the big screen so I don’t miss a single detail 😊 The editing was excellent- so fun to see both Aaron and Laura at the same time. ❤️❤️❤️
~ I have a good idea for a video - can you compile all your DRONE FOOTAGE of your property from different years and make it a one video? its a lot for your video guy for sure but would make a great video ! you could have one with music , and another one discussing it .. ~ also may be its time to make another playlist - A PLAYLIST OF ALL YOUR GARDEN TOURS ! - since now is a good time to rewatch it in the last days of winter, thats what I'm doing lately :) ~ and A PLAYLIST OF YOUR CONTAINER plantings because thats a HUGE INSPO for spring and now its a great time to see your past combinations, so people can draw ideas for this coming season, I know lots of new subs probably would watch each playlist right away :)
I about choked on my coffee when Aaron said “the freaking cats”. I laughed so hard. I have two ginger cats too. Too funny. Thanks for making my Saturday
don't you mean Caturday 😉
I love to hear what Aaron might say in each video. He's so honest, love it. 🤣
Oh do send the “freaking “ cats my way! I love them. Admit it, they add a great deal of interest in your videos. 😊😊
Ken, your editing is spot-on! Love your clips with Aaron and Laura laughing! I have a little (non-gardening channel) and just talk, so no edits. So admire your work. 🎦
Yes, he certainly went above and beyond on this one! Great job and it looked like he was having fun with it, too!
Came here to say this too, the editing was awesome 👌. Love when you zoom in some too on a funny part
...love it!
SO WONDERFUL to have a Saturday video again!!! My Saturdays will be better now. Thank you for all you do to keep us entertained, inspired, educated & happy.
A Saturday video?! You just made my morning!
Thank you for continuing on with these! I appreciate all the intensive editing work that must go into it but it’s so awesome to see all these ideas!
Another beautiful set of gardens! I am REALLY loving this series and how you guys are formatting it. Thank you!! 💚💚💚
Me too! This series has been so fun to watch 😊-Cara
Okay, I am 5 minutes in and Ken is killing it with these edits! 😂 This is so entertaining. I woke up and thought , ugh! No Laura today! So excited to see this GAH!!!! Very beautiful gardens!
Shout out to Ken for the extra editing in this video !
Yes! We already know what Laura and Aaron look like - so how about seeing more of the gorgeous gardens instead 😍
Yes! Are we supposed to look at the gardens or Laura? It was distracting.
These videos are like a love letter to all your Garden Groupies
A highlight on Saturday!! Thank you!! Hugs from N.C..❤️
i adore the editing in this video! it's very funny and also helpful highlighting areas being talked about, etc. i especially love the funny close-ups of Laura's reactions
I got teary eyed when you talked about the couple who owned the garden in your childhood. What a beautiful memory Laura.
Yes, the tears flowed here too when she talked about that. Hits home for sure.
Love this series! So much inspiration :)

I love “We liked the cats a lot more before we had kids”, I laughed out loud, but so could relate! You two are so cute and real!
There are so many gorgeous gardens! I love this series you are doing Laura! So much inspiration for our new property 😊-Cara
Good morning, Laura & Aaron ☕️ Those gardens are gorgeous. Nice Saturday bonus video👏🏻👏🏻

Outstanding!!! Love having this continue. Beautiful move for y’all. Content for a Saturday. Highlighted member engagement. Increased production values. Grows the Highlights Channel. Awesome. Well done you two. Well done.

Gives me ideas and combats the snow outside my window.

No. 2 really doesn’t look like the same house. Beautiful 😍. Btw, Ken’s editing in this video is pure gold
I went back and forth on the video just to see if it WAS indeed the same house! So many changes!
Good morning, Laura and Aaron, from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA 🇺🇸 🌞
We are in the 80's and feeling Summer heat already 😎 Great time to plant our Seedlings 🌱
Happy Gardening Everyone 👩🌾 👍 💓
I start my day with you all week except Saturday! Kinda grumpy on Saturdays! What a treat today!!! Really enjoying the tours!❤
Hooray!... A Saturday video! Love seeing other people's gardens so much! Aah yes, "Freakin cat hair" ...one ginger, two black, one long haired charcoal here, plenty of fur flying around my place. Seems like more hair than air some days lol.
Good morning! Yay, a Saturday video. So many more beautiful gardens.

OMG. just have to say, the freaking cat hair makes you Xtra crazy after kids. Lol. Love you both so much.
Love this, especially after our 8 inches of snow we got yesterday and last night here in Michigan! 😆😆❄️🙄 oh well, gives me more time to watch GA and continue to plan my attack! 😊♥️
On my space, this spring. I read my comment and thought I should clarify!!
"plan my attack" 😂😂😂
I adore the first New Hampshire gardens. The one with the gray wood planters and the amazing little shed ❤️. I love how she sells her little plants in the spring to afford her addiction (I appreciate the endeavor to profit off of what is done on the property). I, too, use the barter system with plants along with many of my neighbors. I just loved everything about that garden ❤️.
Yes! Love this garden! I think the grayed wood gives an antique look. Love it!
Thanks, Ken! We love these.

Videos on Saturday make me so happy!
I love the Highlights Channel. It's a great addition for
my GA addiction!
I have popcorn roses and they are not messy. Very carefree and the roses grow in an almost bouquet fashion. This is breathtaking.

Thankyou needed this!! Getting 12 inches of snow in Maine today...womp, womp, womp.
The aged grey wood reminds me of the beach. Thanks for posting on a Saturday!
I absolutely love these videos. I love seeing all the hard work and beautiful gardens. They are so inspiring! They make me want to plant more. Laura and Arron I can’t begging to tell you how much I love your videos I have learned so much from watching them and they just make me happy. Thank you
Love these videos especially on Saturday morning when GA isn't posting
what a wonderful Saturday morning surprise. I needed to see the gardens today as we are having a snowstorm here along the coast of Maine. its a winter wonderland outside. expecting over a foot of snow. have a wonderful day..

Ken you are upping your game! Love the editing.
Thank you for continuing this series. Love Aaron’s input as well. He loves his trees! 😂
Thanks for our Saturday video! I’m ready for spring.
Lovely gardens, great length!
So much fun watching with you and Aaron. Thank you
I appreciate the before and after photos so much!
Awesome sauce and way to start a weekend…thank you!😊

Yes!! Love the Saturday video but was like...ahhh that was so quick! Wanted more but just happy to have my Saturdays with them again ❤
@@enbrij me too lol
Saturday bonus--thank you!!! Please keep these on Saturdays to stave my withdrawal!
The overhang is called a portico
Good morning Laura and family and 🐈s.
Thank you for the Saturday morning video, lots of beautiful yards.
Thanks for sharing, have a great rest of the day, 👋🙂🥀🌸🌻
I can't tell you how much I appreciate it when you dedicate a whole video to a topic. I've learned so much from a shade loving video or ground cover one as I'm still trying to plant out our yard. Honestly there's not a dud video in any of them.

Love these! Thank y'all for continuing this series.
Love both the kitties and kiddies❤
I sure do love the gardeners of the world. Good job!
I love these they are so fun and inspiring
I'm with you Laura I have always loved the weathered wood something about the gray tones looks so honey or natural .
Really enjoy these videos. Thanks for taking the time to appreciate your fans!
These videos are getting me psyched up for spring! 🤩
Thank you for continuing these videos-it gives me so many ideas of what to put in my shady areas. 😊
Lmao this was such a funny video! The editing was hilarious! I love your dynamic together 😂 man I can’t wait till my garden is pretty enough to send photos of!

The cabbages do look great! Ken's editing made it all the more entertaining.
I could watch these videos every day!
Wonderful gardens. Thanks for sharing these beautiful gardens with us.
Love the highlight channel and the highlights in your hair. Well done!
I absolutely love this Beautiful Garden series. Any chance you could have one that highlights gardens that have slopes? Especially the type that is right at the road like the amazing house you showed this time with the roses. Again, loving this series--thanks so much for these!!! Rita
I'm a new subscriber, and goodness, you are as breathtaking as the gorgeous gardens you so beautifully share. I'm loving these videos! ❤
Hi Laura and Aaron! Thank you to all whose gardens were shown and for sharing!
The editing is so funny in this video 😂 love this series
Those cabbages evoke memories of childhood books that had the fairytale stories and everything was so picturesque and alluring
Your videos give such joy. ❤ thank you 😊
Thank you... for highlighting various talents and abilities of many.
I absolutely love these videos - thank you so much for continuing them. They are just an absolute treat. I have to pull them up on the big screen so I don’t miss a single detail 😊
The editing was excellent- so fun to see both Aaron and Laura at the same time. ❤️❤️❤️
Wow, that 1st one you showed I really liked but then their upgrade WOW!! AMAZING!!
I love watching these & getting ideas
~ I have a good idea for a video - can you compile all your DRONE FOOTAGE of your property from different years and make it a one video? its a lot for your video guy for sure but would make a great video ! you could have one with music , and another one discussing it ..
~ also may be its time to make another playlist - A PLAYLIST OF ALL YOUR GARDEN TOURS ! - since now is a good time to rewatch it in the last days of winter, thats what I'm doing lately :)
~ and A PLAYLIST OF YOUR CONTAINER plantings because thats a HUGE INSPO for spring and now its a great time to see your past combinations, so people can draw ideas for this coming season, I know lots of new subs probably would watch each playlist right away :)
Yay! A Saturday video! Day made! 😍
