"What do you have against me that makes you [someone in a wheelchair] want to come and ruin the one day [question asker's wedding] I ask for everything to be perfect?" This question contains a few rhetorical tactics. Let's break them down: 1. Loaded Question: The question starts with the phrase "What do you have against me..." This is a loaded question because it assumes that the person in the wheelchair has something against the question asker without providing any evidence or justification for such an assumption. It frames the situation in a way that suggests the person in the wheelchair is intentionally trying to ruin the question asker's wedding day. 2. Appeal to Sympathy: The question continues with the phrase "...that makes you [someone in a wheelchair] want to come and ruin the one day I ask for everything to be perfect?" This part of the question appeals to sympathy by portraying the question asker as a victim whose special day is being spoiled. It implies that the person in the wheelchair is purposefully ruining the wedding day without providing any context or understanding of the wheelchair user's perspective. 3. Emotional Manipulation: By using phrases like "I ask for everything to be perfect," the question asker attempts to create an emotional response from the reader. This tactic seeks to evoke feelings of guilt or pity from the reader by emphasizing their desire for a perfect day and suggesting that the person in the wheelchair is intentionally thwarting it. Overall, the question employs loaded language, appeals to sympathy, and attempts to emotionally manipulate the reader in order to convey a specific viewpoint and create a particular response. This choice of language is intended to demean and belittle individuals with disabilities, and it contributes to the overall tone of disrespect and discrimination. 2. Ad Hominem Attack: The statement directly attacks the person in the wheelchair by referring to them as "you" and using derogatory language. It disregards any specific actions or behavior related to the individual and instead focuses on their disability, using it as a basis for exclusion and mistreatment. 3. Blame and Exclusion: The statement blames and excludes the person in the wheelchair by stating that they should have stayed out of the wedding. It portrays them as unwanted and implies that their presence is undesirable and disruptive. 4. Dehumanization: By referring to individuals with disabilities as "cri**les," the statement dehumanizes and reduces them to a derogatory label. This dehumanizing language aims to strip away their dignity and worth as human beings. The overall effect of these rhetorical tactics is to express discriminatory attitudes, perpetuate stereotypes, and marginalize individuals with disabilities. It creates a hostile and exclusionary tone that reinforces negative attitudes towards people who have different abilities.

What country is it customary to get married first and then have a wedding? I’ve seen so many of these now where the wedding gets called off and then the couple gets divorced. I figure the getting married first then the wedding must be the custom of some country and I’d like to know which country that is. Also one lump sum of child support is another strange thing. Alimony in a lump sum I could maybe see but usually it’s monthly also.
Hi there. There are a couple of parts to getting married. There's getting the license, and then the all important marriage registration. That is the legal requirement. You are, in the eyes of the law, MARRIED. The wedding, while a nice religious and social highlight, really isn't needed. But because of that registration, you need a proper divorce even without the wedding.
Director's Cut Ending: Jasmine, in her crap ways, wanders into the middle of the street and gets hit by a truck full of wheelchairs and ends up as a quadriplegic. She asks for help, but everyone thinks she's lying. Jasmine is found 2 weeks later as a starting-to-bloat corpse in a mess of her own feces, urine, and vomit. The coroner ends up being Faith, and when she is asked who the deceased is, Faith simply replies "No one special" before covering the corpse.
This is so dumb- absolutely ANYONE can end up in a wheelchair, life happens!! And I like weddings that are like a microcosm of society- with old people and kids and crazy aunts and drunken uncles- this bridezilla not only needs therapy, she also belongs in jail
My grandson was in a wheelchair and when he was 6 a GROWN MAN was making fun of him to the point it made him cry .. well i didnt like that to well so i punched him in the face .. i know it was wrong but it was wrong to make him cry .. i always stand up for the handicap or elderly ..
I have a hard time getting anywhere. I'm using a rollator, but its still VERY difficult for me to walk. And impossible for me to do stairs of any kind, whatsoever. Its just better for everyone if I stay home.
Someone who wants to wear orange. While there is the ADA most states have equivalent or even stricter laws. Save someone dying, the Feds might not lock you up for violating the ADA but if applicable under state law, there's nothing stopping the state from prosecuting and locking you up. WV considers certain acts of discrimination as felonies and thus crimes against state . State prosecutor of the applicable county would decide to indict or not
So no one thought that calling the police would be a good idea when a woman in a wheelchair was assaulted and her chair destroyed? Oh right, this is Text Channel Land, where no one is ever arrested and charged for committing felonies. And the harshest punishment is being forced to work in the sketchy factory in the countryside while living in the Run Down Apartments.

This tactic seeks to evoke feelings of guilt or pity from the reader by emphasizing their desire for a perfect day and suggesting that the person in the wheelchair is intentionally thwarting it.

A whole different respect for the person in tht wheel chair
There but for the grace of God, Jasmine, there but for the grace of God.
No you weren’t in the wrong. This stranger is proud of you.
@@grandmaonline2450 thank you
The voices are all natural until Hank he sounds bored and wooden
I have a hard time getting anywhere. I'm using a rollator, but its still VERY difficult for me to walk. And impossible for me to do stairs of any kind, whatsoever. Its just better for everyone if I stay home.
The "Bigot Bride".😮
What kind of person kicks someone out of their wheelchair?
Someone who wants to wear orange. While there is the ADA most states have equivalent or even stricter laws. Save someone dying, the Feds might not lock you up for violating the ADA but if applicable under state law, there's nothing stopping the state from prosecuting and locking you up. WV considers certain acts of discrimination as felonies and thus crimes against state . State prosecutor of the applicable county would decide to indict or not
*about him and ME
Faith has a good husband! Jasmine will not benefit from this!
*to get her brother and ME to forgive her
So no one thought that calling the police would be a good idea when a woman in a wheelchair was assaulted and her chair destroyed? Oh right, this is Text Channel Land, where no one is ever arrested and charged for committing felonies. And the harshest punishment is being forced to work in the sketchy factory in the countryside while living in the Run Down Apartments.
Wth. Omgoodness what a bride Zilla. . And God forbid you should be disabled in any kind of way and you're going to be called somebody else a cripple guess what. OMG.
You shouldn't be having a wedding the man that was going to marry you shouldn't even be there anymore he should be gone with the rest of them because you are a nasty person that can do things like this to a person that has a disability what would God think . 😢
While I agree about not kicks someone out of the wheelchair that not call for at all. But if someone say not come to their wedding you don't just show up
She was sent an invite. Her husband was also invited as the brides brother, she would be tolerated for the few hours of a wedding.
@joosyjulie the bride did tell her more then once don't show up to my go listen to story again. While she was nasty about it she did say more then once don't show up
Isn't what Jasmine did illegal? Felony assault or something like that? What Jasmine did was equivalent to cutting Faith's legs off.
There is no excuse for bad behavior. But you only have to tell me one time not to come. I
Not begging to dress up, sit there and spend money on a gift for someone who doesn't respect me
*between you and ME
*about my husband and ME
jasmine is a horrible person and what she did was very horrible but why did faith go to the wedding? It was jasmine’s wedding and she didn’t want her there so why go and she should’ve just told her husband what his sister was saying to her and he probably would’ve cut ties with her sooner and then faith wouldn’t have gotten hurt.
Some of these are disgusting stories
Yeah, but this one rings true.
9:43, I can tell Brother is Forgiving.... He hasnt called the Police on you yet for Assaulting his Handycapped Wife.
12:51, Sign of a Idiot. Destroys something she has No Clue the amount it will take to Repair.
17:22, I have never herd a More Stupid Phrase.
19:59, DING DING DING. Looks like her Brain Cell caught up.
20:37, Dose she not understand when a Husband says he is Cutting Ties, its his Entire Family who is cutting ties with you.
21;45, Does no one remember what an Annulment is.... if the wedding dont happen you can delete the paperwork you completed as well.
Last point, in some countries people have the marriage as a paperwork thing. Then have a lavish wedding later. So the marriage as such would have been consummated prior to the wedding.
OMG...how many times are you going to say "right now" and "now"? Geez, it sounds ridiculous. Whoever scripted this needs creative writing lessons.
