    Where can i learn on more detail each of those five steps you do everyday. That was awesome. Not like every other goals training ive heard a thousand times before. Weird its only 400 views

    Great video but it gets harder to get better when time increases, isn't it? I do understand the exponential growth but let's say you train sprinting. After some time you are at a point where you physically and psychologically can't get better. I guess you don't talk about this kind of activities. I'm pretty sure the exponential growth can apply to many other things though. Thanks for your engagement 💪
