The very first hats created by Alexis Lafont, Caulaincourt’s founder.
Caulaincourt is associated with one of the best “hat maker” in the world: Marcel Rodrigues, who works, entirely by hand, in the most absolute bespoke, in England in the Cornwall region.
We have long wanted to extend our vision of masculine style to this symbol of elegance that is the hat.
The one we offer is in the firmament of quality, know-how, and luxury.
That of the materials, and the expertise of the hands that shape them, one by one.
Alexis and Marcel have teamed up to create these exceptional hats, halfway between the universe of the two brands.
Caulaincourt brings his style:
its signature color duck blue with the insert of a peacock feather, but also its trademark with a leather knot patinated by hand in France.
Marcel Rodrigues puts his know-how at our (your) disposal.
We wanted our customers, elegant independents, to be able to access an exceptional hat how they enjoy wearing our shoes.
